This was my first time eating there. They serve mostly Mexican food. They didn't have a large variety of menu items. It seemed a lot of the menu items were served smothered in pork green chili, which I don't care for. Maybe what they are known for or a local favorite? I'm not sure. The food was okay, nothing special. The service was fast and friendly. Would maybe recommend if you want a quick meal.
Thank you, Kiowa Kitchen, for still being there and serving really good food. My husband and I ate here when we first moved to Great Bend. We moved away 17 years ago but will still drive a little out of our way for The Texican and The Monterrey!
Updating my review from 2009. This is a must stop for anyone coming to town not from this area.Excellent food and friendly staff. One of our favorite places to eat Mexican food. The bar and cantina was definately a much needed touch and a wonderful addition.Would definately recommend.You wont be disappointed
