On hold 35 plus minutes after being hung up on the first time calling after waiting 5 minutes, call back to be told there is a few people ahead of me and can hear people having full blown conversations, giggling in background while waiting on phone to order this is absolutely ridiculous, end up having to order through door dash just to get to order ! Waited on the phone a total of 40 minutes! I suggest if you want a to go order to just order through door dash cause you can't even get your order placed on the phone

Had the worst experience last night. All the wait staff where at a table sitting folding silverware playing on their phones in front of customers. I could see in the back and they were dancing instead of taking care of customers. My waitress was the worse, never checked on us one time and I could see her on phone and dancing in the back.

My husband & I stopped in to try Los Cabos on a whim. Great atmosphere, gentle background music, multiple TVs throughout, salsa had the perfect amount of spiciness to it. Quick service. Between an appetizer, two drinks, and two entrees, our bill was $45. Will recommend and return again!

From simple tex-mex to authentic meals and everything in between. Their birria volcan (see photo) is like a quesadilla pics filled with birria, topped with cilantro and onion. The have a salsa bar with fresh and pickled toppings and delicious drinks. Can't recommend it enough.

It was pretty good. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the lettuce in my salad, but the flavors were good. My husband's fajita chimichanga was something new, and he said 4/5 as well. If we are ever back through, I'd be happy to reevaluate.

We spent the night in Great Bend and decided we were in the mood for Mexican. So, we tried Los Cabos Fajita House. The parking lot was packed but they were able to get us seated immediately. Service was hit and miss. Our server came by quickly to take our order, and another server brought us chips and salsa. Our food came out quickly. They checked on us immediately after the food arrived. But after I finished my margarita and wanted some water it was a long wait before I could flag down our waitress. And after the bill came, we waited quite a while for our waitress to pick it up before we gave up and went to the cash register to pay. Regarding the food, the salsa had great texture, not chunky and not too runny but a nice slurry. However, it would have been greatly improved with cilantro. The chips were fine, a little greasy and a bit broken up, but they hit the spot. House margaritas were yummy. For entrees we ordered the pork fajitas and the El Dinner. It had a chalupa, a taco, an enchilada, a burrito, a tamale, a chili relleno, beans and rice. The fajitas were a major disappointment. Bland. A total lack of flavor. That never happens with fajitas, right? Did they forget the salt? The seasonings? The beans were great. The rice was fluffy. But the fajitas were so bland nothing could make up for it. I used all the salsa we had left to try and give them something. My partner thought the El Dinner was OK. Filling and decent. We will definitely try somewhere else if we return to Great Bend.
