We love Mary's Kitchen. It's a busy place, for good reason! Good quality food. Cheaper than many of the Mexican restaurants in town. My husband likes the Barbacoa Quesadillas, my son likes the Chili Relleno Quesadillas.
Great breakfast burrito! They open at 5am so you can grab breakfast to go if you're driving through. This is basically a go-to restaurant, not really meant to be a "sit down" location but they have tables if you want to eat there (we did). The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, everything is fresh/homemade and made to order even the tortillas! We had the egg/chorizo burrito, egg/steak burrito, and the kids chorizo and egg dish. Top notch great...

It's basically a to go restaurant, not really meant as a "sit down" location but they do have tables if you want to eat there (we did).
