All websites say drive through is open 24hrs and when we pulled up to the window to ask what was going on they wouldn’t talk to us ignored us and then they finally said we’re closed through the shut window I told them they should update their website when they are closed if not open they were very rude and sassy

Forgot food on my dash order then when I called in the answered and said we're busy and hung up. Very unprofessional and rude. Ill never deal with that again. Ill be rude every time I have to deal with anyone at GB McDonald's now.

Leave drive thru alone if you want your meal even half correct. Asked for a bacon 🥓 1/4 pounder meal. Had to reorder everything at first window and then relize they took the bacon off. Literally had half of my med. Fries missing and had to go back inside to address it. And of course there soggy and cold. Horrid place can't take simple orders.

There is a worker here that has a crutch and very rude and disrespectful the food is always cold and they r slow getting peoples food and the girl that has the crutch is very very lazy.
The food is grear and the staff are professional and kind. An my food was delivered on time.

I ordered a nugget meal. 40 piece and fry, nuggets was old ,,,and frys soggy, the manager Emily was so helpful, but the crew guy was rude about it. He had on his daddy's 1970 jnyco pants and a dollar tree peso pluma hair cut, I mean the floor was clean with them pants he hand on. Sweep sweep sweep, haha. But maybe his marrypoppins glasses was the effect. Emily cool. Dollartree pluma, with jynco pants , negative 9 . Booooooo

I just hated this is my hometown McDonald's.... 75% of the time something is wrong with my orders. I live out of town always forget to look first before leaving. A breakfast sandwich the other day have burnt Black bacon that would have reminded you of eating peanut brittle.
