I got Jipped last night! My girl & I last night ordered 4 strawberry creme pies & 6 apple pies & a frappe & they said they were short an apple pie & asked if 3 cookies would be an okay substitute for the missing 1 apple pie & I said sure cuz I'd already paid online with my card & I should have looked before pulling off like an idiot cuz they weren't short just 1 apple pie they were short 5 apple pies cuz I paid $20 for 4 strawberry creme pies, 1 apple pie, 3 cookies, & a frappe! Apple pies are my favorite & was actually all I wanted the other stuff was for my girl so I was pretty ticked off to say the least. $20 seems like a LOT for a small frappe & 5 little pies & 3 cookies! Especially when I actually only got 1 of what I wanted! Disappointing night for me on the pie side of my night lol.

Why am I waiting when the only thing I ordered was a drink? Why are you giving me a drink and as I ask for a straw you just walk off….. ok
You order on the app, choose to sit thru the drive thru so nobody has to walk in the rain. You wait 20 minutes and then roll up to the window to be told pull in stall 5. Seriously for 2 McDoubles that you have had my order for now almost 30 minutes. Oh hell no. Give me my money back, and pull your heads out your assess. So many employees just standing around looking like they have no clue what’s going on, while standing in the way. Yes yes I did snap. So yes you get 1star when you shouldn’t get any and no praises. Do better McDonald’s do better

Used the mobile app so I didn't have to wait had to wait at the window for 5 mins for them to tell me to pull around to the drive through stalls and they had every drive through stalls packed I sat for 20 mins than they finally bring me a order that's not mine I correct them than it takes another 5 mins for him to even come back
