You order on the app, choose to sit thru the drive thru so nobody has to walk in the rain. You wait 20 minutes and then roll up to the window to be told pull in stall 5. Seriously for 2 McDoubles that you have had my order for now almost 30 minutes. Oh hell no. Give me my money back, and pull your heads out your assess. So many employees just standing around looking like they have no clue what’s going on, while standing in the way. Yes yes I did snap. So yes you get 1star when you shouldn’t get any and no praises. Do better McDonald’s do better

Used the mobile app so I didn't have to wait had to wait at the window for 5 mins for them to tell me to pull around to the drive through stalls and they had every drive through stalls packed I sat for 20 mins than they finally bring me a order that's not mine I correct them than it takes another 5 mins for him to even come back

I have received my order wrong way too many times from Great Bend Kansas McDonald's. Whether it be a Frappee with over an inch missing or a sandwich that clearly comes with all the toppings but received it with no toppings at all. This McDonald's will cut any corner they can to save a few bucks or time. I personally know that the manager of this place tells her workers to cut these corners.

if your advertisement says dine in open 24hrs then it should be. walked up at a 1/4 after 5 after i found a place to park my semi then walked over to a locked door wtf. fix you hour advertisement soo fristrating
Love this McDonalds location. Staff is always friendly and the food fresh, unlike the franchisee from our home town. Great for breakfast or a quick meal.

I do like going to this McD's in Great Bend, KS. The staff are down to earth and friendly. That's important! The atmosphere inside is usually chill, and that goes a long way for me as well! ?
