It feels like you’re forcing employees to do their JOB. You get attitudes when ever you ask for sauces and they even forget them even after paying for them and asking about them at the window. Has happened last 3 times I’ve been there and I’m not driving across town JUST for a packet of ranch. Might be small but I love wings with ranch.

We are here everywhere Monday evening with my Service dog, Luna, and our other D&D Friends. Now you would think we would be their number 1 customer, or at least get WAITED on... wrong there too. We usually have to bring our drinks to get refilled. Today she crossed the line. Im used to getting my ticket before my food.But I called in again for MENUS so my husband and I could order without shelling out $20 for a average buffet at best. She asked if this is carryout or delivery... I told her I'm in. The dining room just wanting to some Service! Then she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND BRAGGED ABOUT IT TO A FELLOW WORKER AS I WAS WALKING BACK TO MY TABLE! SHE NEEDS FIRED ON THE SPOT!

My two boys and I went in for the lunch buffet. We ate salad because there was not enough pizza for the crowd that were waiting. I paid for the most expensive salad I've ever ate today! The three of us cost $53.00. What has happened to this Titan of a franchise?

Ordered $200 worth of food for a company lunch and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude, couldn’t answer my questions, did not check our order and thought it was crazy to give me 20 paper plates for free after I ordered 15 pizzas.

I order food because they said I am owed a medium pizza for free I'm trying to do the free medium pizza I haven't received anything the other night when my daughter ordered bread sticks I asked about it they said it's online I'm a member so there's none of my other free stuff u shouldn't broadcast free sides free medium pizza . I am going to tell people that u guys are nothing but liars u are nothing but a hoax just to get what u want that u will do whatever u want or say what u want just to get money but not give the pizza or the sides that are free also .?????????????????

During lunch with food out on the buffet line, the manager decided to clean the vents just at one end of the line. It should not have been done during that time at all and he should have known that!
The service was friendly and good, however, for a "family buffet", there were no choices for my 4 year old. When we got there, there were about 3 slices of cheese pizza left, and for the next 45 minutes, every pizza that came out was exotic. No plain Jane pizzas at all. Everything that came out was a strange mix of toppings, ranging from pepperoni and pineapple, to either jalapeños or banana peppers on everything else. What happened to a plain pizza every 2-3 like when I worked at pizza hut back in the day? There wasn't even a "normal" meatlovers, but there can be a BBQ chicken with jalapenos!

This Pizza Hut on Main St in Great Bend, KS has disappointed me time and time again since their sister restaurant on 10th st closed. This past visit, I ordered on the app and it’s stated my order would be available at 7:40 At 7:40 , my app said my order was complete. So my husband went inside to get it, and they said it was not ready, no big deal. Except he waited 20 more minutes and no one would look at him while he was waiting. He asked again and an employee said to him , “we have a lot of orders right now” 20 minutes after our order was supposed to be done. So he said “then your app shouldn’t have told me my order was ready 20 minutes ago” She then proceeded to look in 4 different spots and “magically” found my order, ready to go. How long did it just sit there ready while my husband was in the building waiting! This happened to me the last 3 times I have ordered , my order takes 30+ minutes LONGER than the time the app says it’s done.

Had dinner 5pm . Was not a WOW, ordered buffet. We were the only dine in customers for over an hour. Sadly funny, they had no forks. Was given plastic after I asked. Said they were ALL being washed.. 5pm? All ? Was not all that. Will probably not try again.
