Just received the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. One large thin crust three topping- not done, limp crust, and cost almost $22. It was gross! Also, why is there NEVER anyone at the drive up window? Wait and wait and finally have to push the buzzer every time

Ordered bbq wings and this is what we received. Maybe a cap full of bbq sauce on the wings. Our pizza was supposed to be half jalapeño and we found jalapeño pieces on all slices. Also the crust was not cooked all the way.

Not happy with this place they should tell the guest what they don't have before ordering so they don't have to keep changing what they want to eat then they get upset when we cancel our order and leave
Got the order quick, treat taste. Staff is really welcoming and helpful. Gave us an option to sit and eat in the restaurant even though we have pick up order. Was provided chilly flakes, grated cheese and plates for pizza.

Ordered delivery told me 30 to 40 mins and her I am an hour and a half later still waiting! Won't order from here again. I'll take my business to Gambino's. Atleast they are on time when the give you a time!

Ordered a family order of pasta and instead got 2 singles with no bread sticks even though I ordered them and still had to pay full price. Terrible service.

I ordered my food at 8:09 P.M and waited about an hour until I started to call them in order to figure out what was going on with my food. I was calling for around 20 minutes before I gave up and decided to drive to the store myself. Mind you my order online had said that it was on it's way yet when I arrived to the store it hadn't even been taken off the shelf. I can only assume that my order had been sitting there for around 30-40 minutes. After waiting for so long I decided to take my DELIVERY order to my house myself. Food was cold and stale making it almost inedible. Absolutely appalling customer service which made the experience a definite never again scenario.
