1. They won't answer there phone when you have a complaint.
2. We got our food and there was a piece of hair in our food i wouldn't trust Sonic in Great Bend Ks I would recommend Hays Ks or Russell Ks.

That Duck

Terrible food, it sits there for hours absolutely disgusting. They are extremely rude and never get food orders correct. Got a chicken sandwich and it looked days old and the lettuce was dry and sticking to the bun. Asked for no bacon on my egg and cheese burritos got bacon and sausage on them instead? I had to order twice, and they still messed up the order. Needs new management or shut down immediately!!

Ordered three shakes. They showed up with no cherries and you could see the indentation and the red where the cherries had been on the shakes. So either they were taken off at the store or by the doordash driver. I called the store and they said that all shakes left with cherries so either they're mistaken or the doordash driver Angela took the cherries in route to delivery. Either way, not good. Keep your dirty fingers off my cherry! If McDonald's is open, better off to find something from them. They seal your order bag inside of a larger bag with several taped over seals so you know it hasn't been messed with.

Place is nasty has roaches beyond belief. No idea how it can pass a heath inspection. No lie if you have teenagers who work here just ask one of them

I arrived at this Sonic location at 6:30 am, hoping to grab some breakfast. However, despite their posted hours claiming they open at 6 am, I was left waiting at the drive-thru with hardly anyone responding. After several attempts to get someone's attention, it became clear that they weren't ready for customers. Very disappointed, especially since I was hoping for a quick and easy start to my morning. If you're going to claim to be open at 6, please make sure you're actually prepared to serve your customers!

Very disappointed in the new queso smash burger 2 crunchy strips and 2 pieces of chopped onion . Only a tiny nickle size of queso on it !
