Well, today I thought i'd Spurge being on start it and go to Starbucks and get a great cup of coffee and ice cream well. Well, it's been a while since I've been to Starbucks. But I got my usually Grande cafe marijuana and a blueberry scone. But my first disappointment was there were no blueberries coming. All they had was a vanilla bean s gone and I didn't get to make much of a choice because I went to the drive through so I couldn't see anything.But to my diplay, all they had worthy micro. Mini vanilla bean scones and all I can say is the world is changing and it's headed in the wrong direction. I can see why it will be a while before I go back to starbucks

We ordered an iced green tea, half caf oat milk latte, strawberry creme frap and a mocha cookie crumble frap, plus a lemon loaf and red velvet loaf. First of all, the staff were very clearly not wanting to be there. Neither of them smiled during the whole transaction. My green tea tasted like the shaker had not been rinsed out from the last drink, there was a fruity taste to it. The other drinks tasted fine.... Once we were able to drink them. The two fraps were given without straws. When we asked for straws, they told us they didn't have any. When I asked how they were supposed to drink their drinks, one worker told me, "I don't know." Fortunately this Starbucks is inside a grocery store, so we just went a bought a package of straws. The two breads we ordered were not given to us with the drinks. We walked away to find straws and remembered we didn't get them. They were on the counter when we got there, so at some point the workers remembered and set them up there. They were just talking to each other and hanging out, clearly that's all they do because this was one of the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever seen. I am happy they are building a stand alone Starbucks across the street because I will never come back to this one.

Figured I'd give this starbucks a few more chances because the first time I was there it was awful but hey everyone has a bad day. Today I went back and it's no better, they were out of cold brew but didn't bother to say until I had ordered my drink, seems they are always out of somthing ! Place was dirty and not stocked and the baristas looked and acted as if they'd rather be chewing their left arm than working there. Do better.

Great customer service by workers with inviting personalities. The Vanilla Bean Frappucino was to die for!
Expect to wait 30+ minutes even when you order ahead. Hardly ever the same person working twice. Doesn’t taste right half the time. If you have to leave and they give you an IOU they are going to lose it. Hopefully the new one is better.

The kids are great, very charming and helpful! My drinks were perfect. I think the slownesses is a staffing issue we all face these days. My work around: make time and enjoy the small town atmosphere!
