We put our order online. Bread was obviously “yesterdays” bread. It was stale and dry. Got on road and opened sandwich and honey mustard was ALL over the wrapper and outside of bread, making a mess all over me and my vehicle. You have ONE job…to make a sandwich. Total fail!

Ordered online 1 hour ahead of time for a pickup. Got there 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they hadn’t even started on our order. Online it said our food was ready to be picked up after ordering an hour ahead of time. Don’t order online. Best to just avoid this

The point of ordering online is to have the food ready at the time you set. The new “policy” now is that they make your sandwich’s when you get there. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead online! The last time I went in they stopped making my sandwich in front of me to make the online orders!! That frustrated me and what frustrated me more was the guy behind me got his sandwich out in front of mine! Subway does not have it together and needs to be reevaluated!!

Made an order on the app and got the boss. Went to pick it up and drove home, opened my sandwich and first thing it wasn't toasted and second my meatballs were cold as if they came out of the refrigerator. They were busy but no excuse for laziness. I called the store and of coarse they wanted me to drive back. I never understood why every restaurant ever wants you to take more time out of your day and use your gas to go back to get the food that should have been made right in the first place. Not to mention paying $13 for a sandwich that I threw away. The employee that answered the phone said there wasn't a manager around and that I'd get a call the next day after taking my name and number.

Well it's the next day and haven't received a call about what they're willing to do to fix they're mistake. Guess iv gotta do they're job for them since they can't do theirs right.

Twice now they have completely messed up my online order. I called to let them know, they were very rude about it and unlike literally all of the other fast food places in Great Bend that will just give you some kind of credit, Subway makes you take the order back to exchange it for the correct food. I have a 4 month old baby, 2 other kids, work, and I’m a junior in college. I don’t have time for that and if the employees mess up the food, the customer shouldn’t have to go out of their way just to get what they paid for.

We went at 10am on a Sunday and we were the only customers. The workers were friendly. They greeted us as we entered and made our orders quickly. The food was well organized and looked fresh. The restaurant and women's restroom were nice and clean. Nice place!

In town for an event and stopped by this Subway for dinner. There were 2 young men and 1 young woman working and all 3 were very pleasant (and provided quick service) despite having a line. They provided recommendations, made zero assumptions, and the young girl even took a couple of minutes to help and elderly guest collect her change and helped walk her to the car and open doors. 10/10 ⭐️

Always phenomenal.Very friendly staff ready to serve and make sure you have exactly what you need.I know that's most places, but the people here seem to have fun and not afraid to strike up a conversation on occasion if they're not busy.
