So they start serving breakfast at 07:00. It's 09:00 and it's still drive-thru only. The lobby doesn't open till 10:00. I saw three truck drivers well from the locked doors to the Wendy's next door. This is pointless. It doesn't serve the customers, and they lose businesses. Make it make sense.

I have lived in multiple states and travel alot this is the worst store i have been to. I asked for a manager and he just yelled from back. The employees need more training. The manager at 11 am today is rude and should not be a manager. I paid extra to make my taco a supreme and got no sour cream. There were other customers that were there that were not happy either. Watch you video and get better management.

The place is dirty restrooms havent been cleaned in while seen an employee clean the soda station cleaned the drain area then with the same paper towel wiped down the soda machine actually I think he used the same paper towel to clean the whole dining room. There is stuff pacifically a cup under the station in the back. And there was a couple that had been waiting for their oder for atleast 30 minutes as I had wait for mine for atleast 20 minutes and they had been there awhile. I don’t think I would return to this restaurant. None of the employees work with each other there was only one employee that seem to care about what he put out. He made sure there were napkins and straws utensils whatever the order needed

been sitting g here at taco bell waiting for my food for about 20 minutes now. breakfast menu wasn't up. the guy taking orders told me due to the lack of workers it wasn't able to be changed. there hasn't been one other car iv seen come in the drive through or to dine it. the employees are I side walking around on their phones. they aren't busy by any means. this is ridiculous.
Came back today. Big mistake by me. Whole order was screwed up. It's like half of what they made is half way right. Missing ingredients on literally everything I ordered. Long wait time. Chalupa shells were so hard you could almost chip a tooth. The blonde girl at the drive thru window basically asked me if she could me lazy and not put the creame in my freeze drink I ordered. Absolutely pathetic place to expect good service or food. I now remember why I don't eat here except maybe once a year
