I went through the drive thru and got my family of 5 a meal. It took probably 20 mins to get our food. We got all the way home to realize they didn’t give us 2 items. Basically my whole meal. I went back and told them what I was missing. They punched it in and proceeded to get 5 other orders placed after me ready before asking me if I had gotten my food. They said it disappeared off the screen punched it in again. This took another 30 mins of my time. Absolutely not fast food, go to McDonalds if in this town or something. Do not go to this Taco Bell.

Dump. Lobby closed. Some vehicles can’t make it through the drive thru. Walmart allows truck parking so I’m positive they are losing money.

I like the food here. Simple with combo meals that are inexpensive yet lots of great tasting food. When I was there they ensured I was taken care of and had anything I may have missed. They had a group that left a mess and they had it cleaned in a matter of minutes. All with a smile and polite.

Went in and waiting at the counter and the lady said “u have to order on the kiosk cause im on the headset”, definitely rude when you could have said I’ll be with u in a moment or something like that when thats ur whole job …

So they start serving breakfast at 07:00. It's 09:00 and it's still drive-thru only. The lobby doesn't open till 10:00. I saw three truck drivers well from the locked doors to the Wendy's next door. This is pointless. It doesn't serve the customers, and they lose businesses. Make it make sense.

I have lived in multiple states and travel alot this is the worst store i have been to. I asked for a manager and he just yelled from back. The employees need more training. The manager at 11 am today is rude and should not be a manager. I paid extra to make my taco a supreme and got no sour cream. There were other customers that were there that were not happy either. Watch you video and get better management.
