Horrible. Found a piece of paper in my chicken sandwich. What a horrible place and they just recently opened.
Went to pick up a quick dinner after my daughter's volleyball practice on 1/19/2025. Went through the drive through and was greeted promptly. Thats where the experience went down hill. While ordering my food for 3 of us the employee taking my order kept assuming I was done order and saying "is that going to be all?" After finishing ordering , we went to the window and was greeted promptly for staff to take my payment. After payment was taken drinks started to be handed out. We had 3 different sodas, all the same color, with no marking of which was which so I asked the employee which one was which. He just looked at me blankly as I was trying to figure out which one was which. My question was never answered so we had to figure out whose drink was whose. Then after a few minute wait, another employee comes to the window with our food. Slams open the door, says nothing, hands us the bags of food (2 bags) and then slams the door shut again. No greeting, NO customer service once so ever at this location! I will for sure be taking my business elsewhere when I bring my daughter to weekly practice 2X a week. Horrible customer service with mediocre food.

Don't waste your time here in the mornings they didn't open till 7 nothing but excuses they had nothing prepped had to wait 10 minutes after I finally got to order

Pop machine was down but they will gladly charge you 2.50 for a single can of coke, pretty expensive, food was ok at best.

Wendy's is always good, but since they built a new one, it is much smaller and cramped seating if you choose to dine in.

web site says lobby opens early at 6:30 everyday and I went at 7:30 and locked. People inside just looked at me.

I ordered the baconater burger. The guy waiting n me wanted to know if I wanted a single or double. I had to tell him the baconater only comes as a double. Place looked clean. I wont go back. Over $9.00 for just the sandwich, no fries or drink. That's just too much to pay for a hamburger. For that price I can make half a dozen bacon burgers at home.

I worked @ Wendy's in High School, so I have a fondness for their food but their prices have gone up so much! It's no longer an affordable fast food option unless you order off the $ menu or use BOGO coupons.

Surprised that they don't answer the phone that is on the thing to call and I called them multiple times and no answer! That's is just bad and very disappointing.

Wendys is doing great in my books since it reopened.Only issue is app and sometimes not working.Employees have been friendly. Just miss the roomy dining room.

Ordered two single cheeseburgers, one with ketchup/onion/mustard and the other with lettuce/tomato/mayonnaise and an order of fries.What we got were two single cheeseburgers with lettuce/tomato/pickles/onion/ketchup. No mustard and FYI, the onion was a joke.When you get it right, wowzer but when it’s wrong…..it’s WRONG!
Fries were OK. To much condiments, way to much on burger.
