No longer a \"brick \u0026 mortar\" in Greeley, Kansas. Burnt Offerings BBQ is now a mobile food truck servicing the entire area just South of Kansas City KS and MO. Call or check out FB for more information.

Bob's BBQ is easily one of the best or the best that I have ever had anywhere. His ribs are meaty and tender and not too salty. His brisket is perfect. I miss their food so much because I am 100 miles away. And these are fine people who I had the pleasure of knowing.

They burnt ends and beans are great and the hot sauce is a perfect mixture of sweet and spicy.

The Stranges have been family friends of ours for over 20 years. The food at Burnt Offerings is great! My go-to at most BBQ places is pulled pork, and they knock there’s out of the park!

I can’t say enough about this BBQ and the coleslaw! Oh my word! I know that they had a store front but we’ve been following their mobile food truck for a couple years now! We love them so much we had them cater our oldest sons wedding! If you see them around town, make sure you try them out!

I had the ribs and the onion rings, which are hand battered and homemade. My friend had the sausage/brisket sandwich with provolone and sweet mustard sauce. It was all good. He had Susie Q's. We were fat and happy....Picture shows the cooks posed next to a rendition of BigFoot who according to a published report was sighted in rural Greeley in about 1981 or 1982. Hilarious newspaper clipping tells the tale of a snow day at school resultung in sheriffs and a worried father plus others combing the area for Sasquatch. He or she was not found.

Yesterday we ordered 6 meals to go right before your 2:00pm closing. Everyone here LOVED their meals and described your pork and/or brisket as "best ever!", "SO GOOD!" and "perfection!". Feeding our clients and impressing them with small town Greeley BBQ-made us look good too! Thank you and God Bless You

Beautiful restaurant with rock walls from 1892. Family owned and operated. Excellent BBQ and cafe food. Can eat and have a beer, or fountain drink.
