Go here if you want to be cussed out in front of your child because “nobody should show up when the sun goes down”. That’s a direct quote from the owner himself. Sorry that our potential business got in the way of you closing 40 minutes early. We would have taken out food to go if that was the issue, but we won’t be back. I used to speak so highly of this place, and would get it any time I was back in town. Not anymore.
Editing to add because I cannot respond to the owners reply. This did in fact happen at the Harper Kansas location. It happened last night, December 16, 2025 at 7:17 PM. The cashier actually apologized profusely to us based on the cussing, screaming, and disgusting behavior between the owner and his friend as they stood at the back door of the restaurant as they loudly, and not so passive aggressively, talked about us.

The wings were VERY good!! So was the ranch. Not ur avg fast food frozen , fried hot sauce from a bag. Same for the ranch.

Ive never been to Harper Kansas, in fact I don't even live in the USA but saw the pictures of the pizza here on Google (long story on how I found this place) but I thought to myself the pictures of the pizza look horrible, then I read the reviews of the place....I was actually surprised with all the good reviews .. now for some reason if I ever visit Kansas I want to go out of my way to stop here and try their pizza for myself..PS I had to give the place a star rating before it would let me post so I picked 4 stars since that's the rating for the place more or less

When I opened the door of the café and walked in, a warm atmosphere welcomed me. As I got lost in the wooden details, soft seats and cozy lighting, I was greeted with a charming smile.The coffee I chose turned into an experience beyond a drink. With each sip, the flavor of the coffee beans carefully selected by the barista danced on my palate.The bookshelf in the corner of the café offered a quiet escape and made me forget how the time passed. The friendly demeanor of the staff and the warm atmosphere inside the café made it feel like a home, not just a place.I left with a sense of peace and contentment.
