New to Haysville. I've had friends brag about this place to me for a while. Apparently their breakfast burritos are absolutely exceptional. They were right. I went in with a friend and they were busy, which is always a good sign! Got a few breakfast burritos and not only is the taste phenomenal but the SIZE. THE SIZE YALL.
Go get you some La Pasaditas. It'll be worth it.

This place is the best Mexican food in the state of Kansas in my opinion. It's hands down my favorite. They have the greatest breakfast potatoes I've ever had. Those potatoes have like some sort of magical cheese that make them super gooey and extremely delicious. Their salsas are hands down some of the best ever. That green sauce though... Mmmmm.
Their home style, family run Mexican joint is the best of the best. The family atmosphere, the kind wait staff, the outdoor seating under the canopy, and the most amazing Mexican food and salsas are a tough one to beat. This place sets the bar as far as I'm concerned.

Breakfast was great. Huevos Rancheros sunny side eggs, beans, rice served with corn or flour tortillas. Just like in Mexico. Food cooked to order. Comfortable inside seating at booths or outdoor seating. I’m going to try lunch and dinner next time.

I love locally owned small businesses, especially restaurants. This little gem is no exception! The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast burritos are HUGE. Highly recommend.
