I have always loved Casey's pizza but I ordered a pizza Wednesday March 7th and it was no where near up to par as usual. I picked up the pizza when they said it would be ready and it was cold. There was only chips on half the taco pizza and the hamburger pizza had no flavor whatsoever. I will try their pizza again but was highly disappointed ☹️

We love this Casey's and have been going here for years. My wife was trying to ask an employee a question about a gas pump and Keith got very upset that my wife was asking a question and got loud with her. He is absolutely un professional and intimidated her with how he spoke to her. Very unprofessional and sad that he had to treat someone with a question like that.

We ordered a pizza, same thing we always order. Pizza showed up, we did not realize at first but it was not what we ordered. I called the store multiple times but it was all automated and I was on hold for more than 5 minutes each time and no one ever took my call. There is no way at 8:30 at night that SOMEONE can’t answer a call! Not our first mishap with them, very disappointing.

Pumps never print receipts which I need for upside. I use upside at other Casey's and receipts aren't required at them so this place is clearly behind the times. On top of that, I pull in a few minutes before closing and lights were on so I begin fueling and lights go off while I'm fueling. As I said, pump won't print receipt and I start walking toward the door to get one just to be waved off by the rude guy inside. You just cost me an extra $2 and lost my future business

You guys are the only one that stops serving slice pizza at a certain time and to be honest I've been to 3 different caseys now and none of them have slices of pizza
