apparently they don’t bring out curbside orders anymore because i waited for 20 minutes and then had to go inside to grab it myself. they wouldn’t even answer the phone. my food was sitting there ice cold. it’s not the cooks fault, they always do a great job

I don't usually leave negative reviews but the staff here are so rude. As if you're inconvenience them but just existing. The food tastes off and the soda is always watered down. I would not recommend this location.

If you’re ready to do a mobile order and always have at least one item missing then this is the McDonald’s for you! Since coming to this location, every time I have made a mobile order of any size, one or multiple items are guaranteed missing every time. If I pay for an item, I would like to receive said item first time through please.

The food they make is good but the last few times I've went, they've messed up my order. The people that work there are friendly but I recommend checking everything before you leave. You'll also usually have to ask for a cup if you get a fountain drink but I think that's a universal McDonald's problem 😅

Three times in a row my wife ordered an egg and cheese bagel, they add bacon to it, we have to get it fixed. She has a meat allergy, this is getting really frustrating. Won't be coming back.

Staff is almost always rude. Food almost never comes out how we order it. Everytime we’ve gone we’ve had to pull forward for even just coffee drinks. The manager here refuses validation codes for the buy one get one sandwich deals they do on the receipts. No wheelchair accessibility into the store (even though they claim to be wheelchair accessible and even put the signs on their heavy doors) and the inside is always somewhat dirty. Overall worst McDonalds I’ve been to, and I’ve gone all over Kansas and ate at these establishments. Kind of place that makes you want to drive the extra 15-20 minutes to go to the next one.

Served flash frozen folded egg instead of scrambled with my big breakfast (lazy) They forgot my butter and syrup for my pancakes (stupid). Asked if i wanted my extra hash brown in the same bag as the big breakfast just to give you an idea of the people working here. Forgot to mention i sat in the drive thru for a good 10, 15 min. It was just me and one other person.

I’m just curious if leaving a review would even matter. Does corporate ever read these? Where is the managers? Food was horrible!! My hamburger tasted nasty, it’s like u guys don’t clean the grill. Of course the hamburger was squished, flatter than a pancake! Fries were warm and very dark looking. U really need to change your grease it’s old. I repeated my drink order twice still didn’t get Dr.pepper. The cashier was to busy talking to someone in the back to get my order right. The drive thru took forever. When will this change????

Llama box

Just walked in for a gift card but their AC was broken. Poor workers had to put up with the 97° building. I hope they all could have gotten sent home, it was dangerously hot and could have caused heat casualties. Workers were trying their best, manager on duty was helping everyone out. I hope owner of the store realizes they need to go home until it’s fixed. But good on the workers I saw
