Food was alright but place was horribly mismanaged, two girls in the front of the kitchen were constantly arguing over doing something for the drive through. Food took over 20 minutes to get. Girl working front argued with guy over what is drive through issue was (no fries and took them like another 10 minutes just to get him his fries). Really need better staff or more employees or someone actually managing.

Edit: 10 minutes of sitting here and there has been several more people come up with I see issues from the driver and an employee walked out lol. Its actually funny how bad it is.

The only reason this place is open is name. 90% of time I'm here, it's 15-ish min wait, regardless of how busy it ISN'T. Has been known to be 28 min once ordered.

This is the worst McDonald’s we have ever been to. Plan on sitting in line for 20 minutes minimum, even if there’s only one or two cars. After that, there is a 90% chance they will screw up your order.

This McDonald’s is the worst, they don’t even acknowledge people in the lobby whether they use the kiosk or not. Currently 10 people in the lobby, I’ve been here 12 minutes and they have not acknowledged anyone. Not even the door dash guys. They only focus on the drive thru and that’s not any better.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I have given this McDonalds too many opportunities to get it right. 90% of the time they get my order wrong, leave out my sauces, no napkins. Friendly staff but seems like they have no clue how to pay attention. The only thing they ever get right is my daughters happy meal.

I ordered a caramel frappe with extra extra caramel. This is the third time in the last 2 weeks that I've paid for extra extra caramel. So i called about it and was greeted very rudely . Said the last frappe with extra caramel was at 7:40 am so there was nothing they could do about it. So it may be a longer drive but I'll go to 47th from now on.

apparently they don’t bring out curbside orders anymore because i waited for 20 minutes and then had to go inside to grab it myself. they wouldn’t even answer the phone. my food was sitting there ice cold. it’s not the cooks fault, they always do a great job

I don't usually leave negative reviews but the staff here are so rude. As if you're inconvenience them but just existing. The food tastes off and the soda is always watered down. I would not recommend this location.
