Usually I don't have problems with McDonald's, but it seems like today nobody really cared. Workers were arguing and yelling in the kitchen, it took almost 30 minutes to get out order out and when we finally got it, it was wrong. I know it was later in the evening, but do better

I was told at the window to be careful because the 10 PC nugget meal was just made fresh. The only thing that was hot was the fries, and I ate 1 nugget, and it tasted old . It was after 12am. Hopefully they'll make it right
Horrrible service! The mcdonalds on 47th/broadway was not serving frozen drinks (the only reason we came because my daughter was craving one). So while waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru for our food, I called this mcdonalds to see if they had frozen drinks. They said yes they did. After we got our food, I came to this McDonald's to get one. When asked for one, they said they were cleaning the frozen drink machine and in fact not serving them 😡. Why are you cleaning it didn't dinner time! So if you are trying to save a trip by calling ahead, don't bother!

Stalemate in the drive-thru. Been sitting here for 5 minutes without moving. Someone needs to learn how to run a drive-thru. It's not a parking lot.
