First, I never order from them. I was kind of forced to due to the fact that Marco's closed. 😥 Second, it took an hour for my food to be delivered. It was still warm but not hot. I ordered garlic parmesan wings and when I opened them, I thought they had made a mistake and gave me plain wings! Nope, they just didn't put hardly any sauce on them. I will probably look into Domino's or something next time. I like sauce on my wings.

Called an order in and I am here to pick it up. So I pulled up to the window for take out, that was 7 min ago. 3 employees looked right at me sorting there, yet not one person came and said anything. Even just a, hey we see you but it will be just a min. At least then I know they are busy but realize I'm at the window. Had they came to the window while I was typing this I wouldn't have sent it, but nope not yet.

Totally forgot the sauce on your pizza then we couldn't get a hold of them after calling twice. Delivery Driver was the best part of the experience.

Worst pizza ever. Lg saus/pep/extra cheese/hand tossed. The crust was old tasting, no extra cheese.
Traveled all over US, eaten lots of pizza.....this was the worst !!!

Don't do it. go anywhere else. I ordered a delivery pizza 8/13/24 over $32 for one pizza with tip and I ordered hand tossed and they give me thin crust so I tried to call them and tell them their mistake. they will not answer the phone. I called them for over an hour nobody will answer the phone so I have to drive down there tomorrow. I will never go to Pizza Hut again. papa johns from now on. UPDATE i raised their review from 1 to 3 stars I got a hold of them the next day and I got a full refund and the manager seemed real nice but still didn't quite make up for the night before

The driving "dasher" should've had money on him for change instead of walking away with a hefty tip with terrible service. Not mention he smelled of cigarettes. I had no idea Pizza Hut got rid of their drivers for that third party service door dasher. I wanted a real driver! Not some random stranger delivering my food!!! The employee on the phone seemed negative, like the typical person who falls victim to the system in our society. The pizza wasn't delivered in a heating bag but just straight from the box so the food wasn't hot like it should've been. I also did not receive a receipt with my order in any way, print or digital. AND when I tried to call the store, I kept getting trapped in the automative krap with no person to speak with after the order was received. I look forward to NEVER eating from the pizza chain Frank and Dan Carney started years ago. They would probably be ashamed of what their empire has come to.

ordered my food for carry out online and came to pick it up after it said my order was ready afteI pulled up and then had to sit out the window for about 10 minutes before anyone was even in sight in the store. then, when I finally had seen someone it took her about another five minutes to come over and help me. she then proceeded to tell me it’ll be about 6 to 8 minutes before my order is ready….? i actually sat there for abt 15 minutes before i even got my one pizza all the while i see 2 other employees just sitting and eating. i’m just honestly amazed at this service as it is terrible!

Called in an order, the person said the order back to me correct. After getting home with the order I realized it was wrong, so I called. No one answered and there was no voicemail so I tried again, nothing. I was hoping they would make it right but they won't even pick up the phone!

So tired of using this pizza hut!! Everytime we order something goes wrong where we end up waiting an hour plus each time. Example, tonight I've been waiting over 30 minutes while my order was out for delivery I only live 5 minutes from the store. There is no way my order takes 30 minutes or longer to deliver. If you can't keep up hire more people but figure out how to fix it.

Ordered a large hand tossed crust with meat lovers ,,,, there was about 8 pieces of pepperoni and a few crumbs of sausage, hardly any pizza sauce and a sprinkle of cheese in the center,,,was all placed in the center of a medium sized pizza,,, the 3 outer inches of the pizza was nothing but cooked dough,,, I should have looked at it before I paid,,,, I will go to a different pizza hut next time,,, they make them right at 47th and Broadway,,,

Ordered online delivery on a whim. Large 3 topping. 20% tip. Status was stuck on out for delivery for 25 minutes, I live 2 miles away. So I called, and the guy told me the new driver was lost. Driver shows up a few minutes later, I greet him with a "Hi there" and a smile. He stares me down the whole time while pulling out the pizza. Doesnt utter a single word. Not a hello, nor sorry about the 30 minute late delivery, have a nice day, nothing. I saw another reviewer say the same thing recently. All around bad experience, the driver needs to find a new job, and he is lucky I am a nice guy. Pretty much every corporate owned fast food spot in Haysville Kansas is the absolute worst customer service and messed up orders. It's honestly crazy!
