First, I never order from them. I was kind of forced to due to the fact that Marco's closed. 😥 Second, it took an hour for my food to be delivered. It was still warm but not hot. I ordered garlic parmesan wings and when I opened them, I thought they had made a mistake and gave me plain wings! Nope, they just didn't put hardly any sauce on them. I will probably look into Domino's or something next time. I like sauce on my wings.
Don't do it. go anywhere else. I ordered a delivery pizza 8/13/24 over $32 for one pizza with tip and I ordered hand tossed and they give me thin crust so I tried to call them and tell them their mistake. they will not answer the phone. I called them for over an hour nobody will answer the phone so I have to drive down there tomorrow. I will never go to Pizza Hut again. papa johns from now on. UPDATE i raised their review from 1 to 3 stars I got a hold of them the next day...
Ordered delivery and wasn’t happy that I had to go through a call center. I received my pizza 10 minutes faster than promised, YAY! Went to open my sodas and they were WARM! I’m in a hotel, not gonna pour my soda over the ice from the ice machine.
