Awful experience at this location in Haysville. Ordered 3 meals and mozzarella sticks through the drive thru. Pulled up to window, paid $30 for my order, then waited and waited and continued to wait. 15 min later someone finally came to window and gave me my food minus 1 meal and mozzarella sticks. I now had to wait on that. When I got home, the fries were so hard they weren't edible. Overcooked. You could "break" them in half. Unbelievable. The mozzarella sticks were also dried out and weren't edible. I ate the burger and proceeded to, 3 hours later, throw up and have diarrhea for the rest of the night. Awful. I'll never eat there again.

I came through the drive thru, ask for what I thought was a simple order. Route 44 blackberry water with very light ice. I drive to the window and the guy that was working the window even repeated back to me that it was very light ice. I get home, drink is finish now. The whole cup was ice. That is very frustrating.

i dont know why i even pull in to haysvilles sonic they never have gotten food order right, straight off menu board simple and the cannot manage to get it right. im not one to conplain but the opportunity to rate them couldnt have had better timing 15 yrs ,ive always thought maybe just a not so good crew working but my problem has never been the service, its always the wrong food. so double check that order before you pull away.

The girl taking our order said she couldn't hear so she came out and was upset about it clearly cause she was rude,so I left. This location sucks. Always slow and poor customer service

I was very disappointed when the staff wanted to argue over how I ordered my burger. If Hamburger was an option on the app I would use that. The next burger they brought out was dry and crunchy like it had been on the grill for hours. The sundae had all of the fudge at the bottom with none on top of the ice cream or at the sides. Just a very disappointing day for Sonic.

I just ate at the Sonic in Haysville, KS. Food was great. I had the 1.99 cheeseburge, 1 99 fries and iced tea. Great value for the money. Jack was my carryout. A very polite young man. I'll definitely be back to this
