I had ordered a Oreo shake with extra whip and got the smallest dot of whip cream, and asked for it to be thin so I could drink it. This is literally a blizzard, if I wanted Dairy Queen I would’ve gone there. Flipped the cup over for proof that it’s literally a blizzard and not a shake. Also when I got the ice cream, it was filled alittle over half way. Not even to the top of the cup -.- you guys suck

If they would turn down the music INSIDE they could hear your order and maybe they would pay attention to the order as they’re preparing it as well they not only scream at you over the speaker they scream at you when you’re at the window then they don’t acknowledge when they’re spoken to you so I can only assume the music is either too loud or they’re rude and need some training in manners. i order tots EXTRA crispy FOUR TIMES I TOLD THEM we had some that were not even cooked in the middle. i wanted a foot long with no chili or cheese and she told me “oh you don’t want a number 7 then” WTH ? Then she’s out the back door to smoke before I even get my food handed through the window completely as the kid ignores me telling him to have a nice day. APPARENTLY i was interrupting SMOKE BREAK at 12:45 pm. LUNCH HOUR and my guess is she is probably MANAGEMENT.i keep thinking it will improve again. but I think I’ll give up that was the third try food suck every time.

Their intercom system sucks. I can't hear anything they are saying. I don't know why I keep stopping at any sonic, probably because I'm hoping to get better service than the last one. Nope ain't happening! Plus I ordered fries for the little one and they were very hard fries and nothing but ends. Didn't complain for more fries, just called it a day, never again , I'm done with sonic!
