I went there with my grandparents who are in their 70s and 80s and the girl who made our sandwich, Andie, I believe. Couldn’t completely tell because her name tag was on her hat and not visible at all. Had a tag that said “subway girls”. Anyway, she was rude and not empathetic at all. My grandpa hadn’t been to a subway in a while and wasn’t familiar with the options, when asked what bread he wanted he responded he didn’t know the options, she responded with attitude like it should have been obvious. When he didn’t hear and asked her to repeat the question she shouted at him again with attitude in her tone. She needs to work on her voice projection and her attitude problem, I’m not the first review to mention this. Entirely disappointed, and upset at the treatment.

Visited today to get a couple wraps and got a chicken salad and refused to put cheese on it and didn’t even ask if I’d pay extra for cheese. She wouldn’t heat up my second wrap I had gotten. This is the second time where customer service has been subpar.

It was disgusting! All the food is super spicy without a notice! Don't recommend it at all!

Take your order elsewhere. Ordering a sandwhich is now a politcal move according to employees. Not worth the wait time especially when they can't be bothered to put the full order in the bag.

We had ordered online and they hadn’t updated their inventory for the day and I had ordered meatballs (which they were out of) and they didn't tell me until I got there. But when I asked for a different sandwich, they told me that bc it was of less value than the one I had bought, which I said was fine, they couldn’t make anything different. we went back and fourth about it, which was already annoying enough, but when she finally relented to just giving me the different sandwich, instead of making what I had asked for previously, or even asking what “what was it you wanted again?” Or anything of the sort, she just glared at me. For like a solid 30 seconds. Which is not only rude, but incredibly ineffective as a way of communication and just wasted more of my time. She proceeded to then bark (and I hesitate to use that term, but its really the only description I have for the way she was speaking to me) every single question at me. The service was horrible, and all of this over the fact that their app said they had meatballs. Please learn how to empathize and speak to people. Its your job.

We eat at this location often and customer service sucks most of the time. There's a girl who if having a bad day I guess she takes it out on the customers.she can be nice but theres been a few times she is rude. Today I went in to order and walked in and said hello and she looks up at me and sighs like I was bothering her.she didn't say a word then proceeds to put the bread up ignoring me. All while looking pissed. So I just left. After reading the reviews the manager doesn't seem to care.

Been here a few times but this was easily the worst experience by far. Ordered a head in the app and then had to wait in lobby for 20 minutes and then the food came out like this. This food is not worth $25, it's barely worth that when it is good.

The young girl there was rude. When I walked in the other employee asked "what did you have?" I responded with what I ordered. Out of no where the other young girl said in a rude tone and response, "We need a name, we can't just give out sandwiches like that." Of course I know that, but I was just responding to the other guys question. Honestly 2nd time there and the 1st time wasn't any better either.

This was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. We were there for 35 minutes while the employees messed around and let customers stand around. Other customers came in and walked to the front of the line and got served. My grand daughter pointed out the cutting in line and did not understand. We talked and neither of us will ever step foot in another subway. I will be calling corporate.

The employees at the Subway in Haysville first lied and told me they can’t use the oven past 6pm when they don’t close til 10pm and then when I let them know I know that’s a lie they then tried to lie and tell me they were out of what I was trying to order. The employees there are lazy and rude.

The lady in there is just awful. I wished I would’ve gotten her name. She’s rude said nasty stuff to us and decided to take a break when there was 8 people in there. Just sat at the table when the good guy Martin was trying to take care of the customers. Martin is good help. That horrible lady is not at all.
