My Wife and I met our Son and Daughter in law at Pizza Hut - Herington to get our 15 month old Grandson for a couple of days. Grandson was a little crabby and Royce went out of his way to make us comfortable and brought a Pizza Hut ball to our Grandson to help. Excellent customer service from Royce

I order a large stuffed crust cheese pizza and 16 bone out honey wing and cheese bread sticks with a side salad and the delivery time was going to be 7:33 pm they didn't show up until 7:50 pm and I had Luke warm food nothing was hot I had to reheat it up so that my family could eat... I used to work for the food industry for (16 years) and customer service so I get that places do get busy someone should inform customer that they orders might take a bit longer then time given on the web site or called to place the order with have ski high food prices still and budgeting finances just to treat your family with a dinner out just to have Luke warm food... I'm just disappointed ... It will be while before I order again...
