Every time we go there, they always say they are out of something. Tonight they didnt have any sides for the kids meals, they ran out of all bread except the white bread, and the ice machine wasnt working.

Ordered a simple meatball at 7pm no fixings just provolone cheese, bread was so hard, John McClane wanted to save it, the meatballs so cold Olaf tried to assemble a friend. The young man behind the counter seemed very disengaged and disgruntled.

Stale Day old bread! Why open if the main foundation on which your product is built is not available! I was told no fresh bread until 11am… The store opens at 10:00am!! You should be ready to serve at 10:00am!! If you’re going to serve inferior product from 10 to 11am then perhaps you should change your hours and wait until 11am to open

Went in to place order. Waited patiently fifteen minutes. When it was my turn, I was told I had to wait some more for on-line orders. One very nice young man working by himself and someone didn't show up for work. Too many complaints about slow service at this establishment.

If you enjoy overpriced sandwiches that take 40 minutes to be made, then this is the place for you.
You should really not leave just one person on shift. I know staffing may be short but you should hire more people then. The people complaining about waiting for their meal for 20 minutes get really annoying. Your staff is amazing it’s just the customers that become hard to deal with.

I love stopping at this subway when passing through from JC to Wichita. Service is usually great and I have been stopping here for a few years. My most recent trip was by far the worst. Slow service, out of many products and the man working there with the beard wouldn't stop touching it! He was stroking his beard the entire time he rang customers up. It was very off putting and I ended up not eating my sandwich due to loss of appetite. Seems there has been a management change recently and it has not been for the better.
