I took my sandwich back up ro the manager and told them it had a spoiled taste he argued with me and said no it didn't I said yes it does so I threw my sandwich away and left never going there again

Usually the service is mediocre, but honestly terrible the last 2 times I’ve been here. Less and less options with more and more prices. Maybe a 4/10 but the service was great, just Subway sucks for the price. Their app is supposed to be online at 9am, but you’d be lucky to catch it online at 10am

With the new owners this place has really gone down hill. They are not friendly, they do not give the correct amounts of meats. Don’t bother paying for extra because you will not get it. They do not support any deals or coupons. I would rather spend the extra gas money and drive the 15 minuets fallscity subway.

First off, this store doesn't seem support ANY deals at all. I've checked almost a dozen times and none of the App deals are accepted here, even the super basic ones. (A strong sticking point for me considering the current economy)
Ever since the change in management they have gone downhill. I'm not sure there's a difference in food quality, but health standards (like wearing gloves) aren't properly enforced and they can be very obstinate when your mobile order was taken by someone else.

I have been coming to this subway location for a number of years and it appears that this subway is now under new management. As I was walking up, it seemed as though the staff were laughing at me and the service was not so great this time. These employees might be from El Salvador or somewhere closer around that area. I don’t know if it’s part of their culture, to laugh at customers. Probably wont go back for a while especially after being refused the freshest bread upon request. I refuse to be like Donald Trump, and say “build the wall” Thanks for reading.

not only is a child working behind the counter she is handling food without gloves and playing with utensils without gloves, very unsanitary and potentially a child labor situation.

I’m 6 months pregnant and in love with subways banana peppers so I put in a request that on my sandwich they give me as many as possible and they did not disappoint they put them on my sandwich and gave me extra on the side made my day?

SCAMERS! We noticed that when we ordered online that the sandwiches seemed light on the meat.so we decided to go in. They put up a metal shield so you can't see how much the are ripping you off by not putting the correct amount of meat on the sandwich. So I went around to the side to watch while my wife ordered and noticed how little chicken they put on the person's sandwich in front of us. It was about 1/2 what should have been put on. I should know because I used to work for subway. Needless to say we will never go back.
