I can't help but think how wild it is that in the middle of Kansas I come across one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever had! Unbelievable service. I had the El Carlos Especial and forgot to take a picture so instead I'm posting a picture of the plate post eating it in 10 seconds. Awesome spot off the beaten path in Kansas (all of Kansas is off the beaten path but you know what I mean) awesome place, great job to all!

I got the carne asada. The meat was tough, and there were more onions than meat. I love carne asada but I'm not getting it from here anymore. Also, they love speeding off, and it takes a while to grab their attention.

We were stopping through this tiny little town, and looking for something to eat. My husband chose this place on a whim, and it did not disappoint! Very flavorful, authentic, reasonably priced Mexican food. I had the Chile Colorado and it was delicious. So yummy!
