I’m not really a leave a bad review type of person but I always leave a tip and they almost never get the order right. So tired of trying to go back and get it fixed. If only they would just let me walk in and make my own id just do it lol

I placed an order waited. Person came and took it back then I suppose to get our drinks. Never came back Charged my card. Had to call again asked about our order. They had it and finally sent it out cold and forgot our drinks again. Finally they sent our drinks.. cold food sucks. If they hadn’t charged my card yet I would have left!!!! We were there a hour !!!!

Stopped to get some food and the ketchup on my burger was bad. It has a fermented foot taste, burger was cold and the fermented gross ketchup was the worst part. Staff seemed to be high or just out of it I'm not sure but I would be interested in seeing how clean the kitchen is if ketchup is going bad.

Stopped at the Hillsboro KS location for a drink & was so disappointed that a Route 44 drink is over $5. I don't have the mobile app but that shouldn't really make a difference. Prices are getting outrageous.
