Man this place is always bad. They never get the order right and considering it takes them 20 minutes to bring out 2 breakfast burritos thats pretty frustrating. Not mention when they did "correct" the mistake its cold. I don't know what managements problem is but they need to sort this out.

The food was awful. The limeade slush was undrinkable. It had all of the flavor on the bottom and it was not mixed up. We tried mixing it in better but that didn’t help as it tasted like it had 3 times the flavoring in it. The buffalo sauced popped chicken were so salty I could not finish it.

I ordered a burger, tator tots, and some chicken and fries. almost none of it was edible, honestly. plus the ordering machine was broken and he couldn't hear us.

The female that took the order was rude and told me she got the item we ordered already but when they gave us the food she forgot a burger and put honey mustard on 2 of my sandwiches when I asked for honey mustard sauce and did not tell them to put it on the burger. The service takes forever, even when we are the only ones here. Every time I come they have to fix the order and bring more food back because they did not take the order right or did not be patient or kind enough to listen. Asked 3 times for sauce and never even gave any.

When they get it right, the food is good. But this is now the third time they have gotten my order wrong. I usually stop here on my way to deliver. I think from now on, I am not going to come here anymore. Tired of inept employees who hear one thing when I say something completely different. I ordered a coney dog, they gave me an American dog... at this point, I would rather starve instead of stopping and getting what I didn't order

The rug by the register was absolutely disgusting! The staff was nice enough but the food was terrible! The tater tots were stale, cold and hard. The popcorn chicken had a very bitter taste to it. The only thing good about our experience was the Ocean Water and Cherry Limeade!

Very disappointed ☹️ Dana insured me that my items would be fresh waited my whole 30 min break for my meal and everything was cold , next time I have a delivery in this area will go to Subway instead smh I understand being short staffed but does not give an excuse for poor quality food, I have worked in fast food with limited staff and always insured customers were satisfied... Might need to hire ppl whom actually care about their work ethic and providing great service

Absolutely terrible service with varying prices on the same meal Depending on who's at the counter. And if you want your order to turn out right don't go to this store I mean how hard is it to not put onions on something.... This is the last time they will screw up my order. I highly recommend nobody go to this place.

Not only did I wait TWENTY MINUTES in the drive thru they also serve me cold food. when I asked her to warm it up the rude little window girl tells me there’s no way she just pulled them out so I ask for the store number to call corporate this Little girl tells me ‘ it’s on google ‘ and REFUSES to let me speak with a manager!
