This happens every single time and I get fooled by it. This time we waited in the drive thru for 20 mins NEVER MOVED. Thought well let’s go inside as there is one person in there. We waited ANOTHER THIRTY MINUTES. I am sick and tired of giving DQ another chance.
Fast and clean

Waited an unreasonably long time for my order, even though the place wasn’t busy. No updates, no apology, just standing around wondering if my order was forgotten. Fast food shouldn’t take this long. Very disappointing experience. Also the worker said that I should have come and told her earlier. When I already went up once if I could I would give a half star.

It takes at least 25 minutes any time of the day to get food or drinks from this location. Take your money elsewhere before you get trapped in a line of cars.

Ordered a medium blizzard and a small ice cream cone through the drive through. Took exactly 28 minutes to get order through the drive through. I know a bus of students was here going into the dine in but there is a reason for a drive through. I seen other people go inside and come out with their order while we were in line. Hate say very very slow
They like to get orders wrong. Had the wrong ice cream and no filling on this latest attempt.
Waited for over 30 minutes for a banana split and a peanut buster parfait.

Two school busses full of kids in here and they crushed getting ppl thru the line with a smile on their face. On top of that the food came out fast, hot, and fresh.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through to pay for someone else's order and get a cold burger and fries and the lady at the windows was extremely rude. Don't go here.

Food was colorful on the plate.
I just left and decided to go to Topeka. My family and I stood in line for 15 minutes not getting recognized or asked if we have been helped. The workers were more interested in talking to their friends or each other. Horrible Horrible service. That to me is not customer service whatsoever.

I had a disappointing experience at Dairy Queen tonight around 8:30. The person taking my order at the drive-thru seemed distracted and difficult to hear. When I got to the window, I was greeted by an older woman who came across as short and impatient. I had to ask for my order to be repeated just to make sure it was right. It felt like the staff was more focused on closing than providing good customer service. After 8 PM, don’t expect much attention—they seem to ignore customers, rush you through the process, and speak so quietly or unclearly that you have to ask them to repeat themselves. On a positive note, the ice cream was still good.
