The service quality has gone downhill pretty quickly, I think just because of how busy they are. I highly recommend just ordering pickup as it's so much quicker. If you go in it could take an hour and a half to get your food, if you order pickup depending on how many things you get it will just take half an hour. The food is usually really good.

This was the worst Mexican food I have ever had. I ordered a steak burrito, the steak was burnt, hard to chew and had no flavor. Would not go back.
