terrible terrible terrible!!!! ordered online, for 2 drinks. waited 15 minutes, saw multiple people get their drink so we press the red button. they said it's not ready yet. whatever, we can wait. someone we know who pulled in after us got her drink after that, so we cancelled. seriously, don't come here!!! we paid online so now we don't even know when we can get out money back. seriously disappointed, considering we paid and waited.
Ordered through the app. Checked in and watched 2 others arrive and leave. I waited about 10 minutes asked for my order. I was given cold mozzarella sticks no sauce. I asked for a refund and was told they can't do a refund.
We stopped for some drinks but saw the grilled cheeseburger and had to eat! It was so good! And the staff was just wonderful! Very patient with us when we had many questions! The food came out hot and fresh! But you must have the grilled cheeseburger! Yum!

No one ever came over the speak to take our order. Waited over 10 minutes and left. There were only 4 cars in the drive in.

The last 3 times I have been here it has been awful. Everything from having to wait 30 minutes for my food because I was told someone dropped it TWICE, to getting popcorn chicken that was almost black it was sooooo burnt (It wasn't even chewable.), to ordering tots and only getting 5 tots in my whole bag. Also, it always seems like they don't actually have half the food/drinks on their menu. If you are in a hurry, you might as well go somewhere else because you're gonna be here for a WHILE waiting on your inedible food.

Husband and I just had worst meal ever from this Sonic. Long wait to order then we got cold burgers with almost refrigerator cold buns and over cooked lukewarm fries.

Shame on you. We have laws in this state against quoting one price and charging another. You quoted me $8.06. Then you charged me $10.66. No worries, I have it all documented and will be contacting the BBB, State of Kansas Attorney General, Holton Chamber of Commerce, City of Holton, and Jackson Co. I don't blame the manager. You at corporate order how your website functions. It's an election year full of deceit and inflation. It seems like one could find an ear.

This sonic is the worse sonic I have ever been too. One of the servers was absolutely rude. She does not need to be working around customers.
