Food took over 30 minutes to come out. When it did come out, it was cold, and we did not receive the items we requested, even after bringing the errors to their attention. Asked for mayonnaise packets, was told by the food runner they did not have any mayonnaise in the store. Went in to the store and explained my request for mayo to a different employee who got some for us. Overall, not great. Should have stopped somewhere else. We will know for next time.

Sat at one of their kiosks for 20 minutes pushing the stupid red order button and no one took my order. When we went up to ask if there were issues, the response was, 'You have to wait, and we'll get to you' Last time I will be stopping at this dump of a Sonic

This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get the food. The ice cream tested like it was bad. The breading on the onion rings just fell off every where. The coney was soggy like it had been setting there for a while. The mix the lime ade was extremely sour. Extremely disappointing.
