I was waiting for Someone and I sitting in this subway for 10 min because there was very hot outside, and I asked the employee to sit for some time, but after 10 Min the 2 cops suddenly came in and they told me the store employ called them that you are doing some illegal activity in the subway. I was scratching my lottery tickets, they embarrassed me so badly, I never suggest anyone to eat there. I call this harassment. Just because of this I have to wait outside in that scorching heat.

I'd been trying for years to convince my husband that Subway had gotten so bad that it had reached the point of no return. He kept eating there anyway because of his optimism and nostalgia for the days when they sold decent sandwiches. Eating at this location one time changed that and he hasn't had Subway again since then.

My cousin was kind enough to take me out for my birthday, and i chose here of all places. I figured I'd try something new and get the #20. My sandwich was half the size of his despite ordering a specialty with twice the amount of toppings he got and should have been loaded with chicken. I had to dig into my sandwich to find ANY meat. 13 dollars for bread and sauced lettuce. If i didn't live 30 minutes away, i would have came back in there and chucked it at those teenagers. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

Buzz cut larger young man on 2/23/24 @ 7:15pm was in restroom in the toilet stall as I waited for my turn to use the stall. Came out of the stall when he was done, walked right by me and out of the bathroom without washing his hands. GROSS! If you can't follow the most basic food safety procedures, how am I supposed to trust you to make my sandwich with your hands?Needs retrained on basic self sanitation, you'll make someone sick!

Beware that they do not honor coupons. No signs and you find out when you pay, and brutally blunt about it. They should have seen that I flashed it when I ordered. Not cool. A bad review over a $1.70 discount.
Messed my order up ..he was wearing ear buds listening to music instead of taking our order while the other guy was picking up his slack ... very clean establishment food tasted good

I know it was close to close, was very impressed with the gentlemen that made our sandwiches. My usual the boss was great like always but my wife ordered the chicken bacon ranch. The chicken did not taste well at all. The bacon was also bad. Maybe quality check the food even if it's the end of the night?
