I met my friends at trails for a late lunch They do offer senior and military discount. My food was excellent. But one of the meals had raw Chicken Sandwich, but it was replaced with another meal. Efficiently. Nice place to go and home made pie is available.

My hubby & I had the senior hot beef..what a disappointment..found 1 slice of bread under the meat &potatoes!! Bread was all mush..we didn't finish our meals.

My husband loved the fried chicken and I really enjoyed the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. My review would have been higher, but I was given a moldy piece of bread pudding. I didn't notice the mold until after I had taken a bite. I informed the waitress and she was very apologetic. She assured me she wasn't going to charge me for the bread pudding. I would have been satisfied with that, but I was confused as to why she didn't check to make she the others in the cooler (sitting right next to us) didn't also have mold. This really ruined the experience for me.

We stopped in after church to have dinner. We were very impressed with our food and service. I had the 3 piece chicken special and my husband had the chicken fried steak. And he also had a piece of pie, that he said was delicious. The new owners are doing a great job keeping the quality of food and service up. We will be back. I highly recommend Trails, they will not disappoint.

Stopped here on way home. They had a party of 50. If you can’t serve party and walk in traffic you probably should have closed for private party. We had 4 adults, 2 school age kids, and a toddler. Salad bar was empty at 7:10pm and never refilled. We had to hunt down waitress to refill drinks. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes we had to leave. Food wasn’t even ready. One waitress tried to say it was up at window but there was fish on those plates and we did not order fish and a different waitress took them to another table. I always stop here on way back home from Oklahoma. Never again.

2nd time ive been here since the new owners and 2nd time I ordered the same thing chicken white meat and 2nd time it came out dark meat then waiter had the nerve to try to tell me I ordered dark meat they lost my business for good now hopefully when they go belly up someone else will buy it and turn it around like it was before

Stopped in for lunch- we had eaten at the original trails under previous owners 300 times and every time it was incredible! The last handful of times we’ve given trails a try recently… hoping it would be better then before has always disappointing. It took over an hour to get our food and there was only 1 other couple in the entire place. The food once it was actually delivered was subpar at best. It’s disappointing because it used to be the best in a small town. We won’t be back.
Friendly people. Good home cooking. Burgers are made to order and the toppings were fresh.

I believe this place has recently changed owners and the food is the worse I have ever had in Holton McDonald’s is way better. Now I hate to say this about any business but I ate there twice last week and it is not good. If the owners read this please fire your cooks and make real food not frozen crap out of the frozen isle at the store. Good luck I hope you pull it together but I can’t recommend this place to anyone

Horrible service! Place wasn’t busy but took too long to get someone to take our order. We ordered desert first but never received it. Once food was delivered not one visit from the waitress. Never received a bill and had to wait 15 minutes at the cash register to pay while several workers were standing around talking and playing with phones. The home made chips were disgusting. Sandwiches were ok but food was way over priced and they required a upcharge for fries if you didn’t want the home made chips. Not going to return.
