It took 40 minutes to get our food there was only two other people in the restaurant besides us, they messed up our order, dry burger, very hard bacon, cold fries, asked for no mustard on burger but there was mustard and they wouldn't fix the issue. The place was not that clean, won't ever be going back there very disgusting place

This place is a travesty! On two separate occasions, months apart, I attempted to come here for just a root beer float. One of their main selling points. The 1st time, I pull up to the drive thru and sit there for close to 5 minutes, no one responds to me. So I pull up to the window and it takes another several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me even though I can plainly see an employee. I attempt to order a root beer float and they come back more than 5 minutes after that saying they need to make more mix and asked if I would like something else. Ummm no, I came here specifically for that. I end up waiting 20 more minutes. I got a text for a free root beer float for signing up for the members club. I reluctantly come back to get the free float. I go inside to order this time and they tell me they have no ice cream, that they have to make it! Whaaaaaat TF? I said how long does that take? They said an hour. I said I will come back. One hour later I come back it's still not done. Then I say I will wait. I try to pay with the QR code for the free float. They tell me they can't scan those! While I was waiting I also heard people trying to order other things in the drive thru and then telling people we don't have this, don't have that. This place just needs to throw in the towel and shut down. Worst fast food place I've ever been to. And there's some real bad ones out there so that's saying a lot.

I waited for 15 minutes at the speaker with 2 cars in front of me. I placed my order and finally crept to the window after almost half an hour. There's no way to leave the line, so you're stuck. I get to the window and the person at the window as terribly rude. I waited at the window for 27 minutes. When I'm handed my food, it was shoved towards me. I had said nothing about how long my wait was or how the window person behaved l. Our food was all cold and our drinks weren't even filled up. This has happened the last 3 times. We hoped the management change would help, but alas this place is still trash.

Umm idk what all these bad reviews are about..but my mom and I have been going here since I was younger and it’s always been amazing. The Employees are so nice every time I go, one time my mom and I even went in 5 min before closing without realizing and the employee said “your still welcome to eat in here, we’re just going to lock the doors behind you!” And was just so respectful and nice (as every employee should be anywhere). I will do whatever I can to keep this place running because it’s one of my top favs!❤️❤️

Allways used to like it even though everyone referred to it as Long John Greasers, the food tasted good. The fish tastes good but not the chicken and the green beans are horrible. Help is hard to find but most can still be trained, this is 100 percent on the owner. Also the owner needs to eat the food you serve, this would eliminate a lot of problems, if you can't eat it, who can. Your customers are experts on food matter what you may think and all your customers are experts on eating out and they need to be satisfied or the business will suffer unessirally. No business is automatic

Waited over 20 mins for food. Drive thru head phones not working. You were trapped in the drive thru. There was no way to get out of line if you wanted to.

This was quite a dreadful experience. When I walked it was apparent that they don't clean often and the counters and tables were filthy. The restroom was the worst part..... The food was greasy and the fries were soggy. I remember when I was a kid my family would all come together and eat at the Long John's but now that A&W took over it seems like there standards have changed as well. Please reconsider your options if this was one of them.
