Ordered a couple tacos and tostada's, one taco tasted like it had been refried and the hamburger in it was burnt crisp, the shell was extremely greasy , the other one was ok. Tostada's were very sloppy in the container. Not a good value when you can't eat half the food you bought.

Everything looked great on google's reviews and images, but the flavor wasn't there. Huge tasteless portions. There was no seasoning, no flavor. The cooking was also inconsistent. Wife's beans were burnt, while mine were cooked just fine. But, once again, they were entirely devoid of taste. Cannot recommend this place under any circumstances.

We had lunch there today and ordered the special. After placing our order, we waited 20 minutes and noticed several orders go out to people who ordered after us. When we inquired, the waitress said she’d check, but she never came back to tell us anything. After another 5 minutes, we asked again, and she said they were working on it. After 30 minutes, we finally got our food with no apology. Very poor customer service. Not intending to return anytime soon.

Order three tacos and rice all three tacos were BURNT and of course they were to go..?soon as we hopped on the highway we discovered it, called right back and had a very inexperienced girl who did not know how to handle customer service and her response was “I’ll write your name down and next time you come back you “might” get a credit” … So naturally, I responded “well I “might” leave a review then.” She Claimed the manager just left, but I know the owner Aaron and I just saw him before I walked out of the door. She said he was there but he didn’t offer to get on the phone? so that’s why you’re getting this review. we ended up at Taco Bell in McPherson instead it was delicious and not burnt and it was To go.
It’s really sad because I’m from Hutchinson. My father still lives in Hutchinson and I always look forward to going to anchor, even though at anchors away on B St. the Flores lady that runs that is rude! I brought back an order to her About six months ago, we had an order for six people to show her how burnt it was and she said “well some of the customers like it that way” And I said “I’m not one of those customers!” I’m all about employing the Young, but if they spend more time on their phone, than sending out quality food, I don’t care if they’re related to you or not, They shouldn’t be working in the food industry. period!
Burned the flour chips. I didn't care for the pork in my burrito bowl. Large portion wasted. Strange flavoring and big chunks of pork. Shredded would have been better.

Only complaint was I ordered food with no tomatoes, came out with tomatoes on it. I told them it was to have no tomatoes, they took it back and scraped tomatoes off....still seeds still juice. They remade but made me reluctant to return.

First time in. Won't be back. Ordered the steak torta. After waiting was then told they were out of bread. Suggested they just make it into a wrap. When it came it was HUGE and soggy!! They had added wet beans! The steak was big chunks and impossible to chew. Totally lacked flavor. Left it on the plate and walked out. Sorry... but never again.
