manager treated me like crap when i told her my steak was charcoal lye and not cooked and it felt like i was chewing on rocks, and then i asked for her to recook it and she said it will be a upcharge which was a unreasonable amount and i asked for her to steam my broccoli and she said no and when i didn’t tip she asked for a tip and then got mad when i said no. when i asked for a booth they said no and set me right next to a booth that was open and clean

I tend to call in my orders and they are always smiling when they bring out my order and there has been a few times my order wasn't ready so they came out and told me I stead letting me stir and wonder! Great people working the car side orders!

Fairly unhappy with my visit tonight. Our server was nice but not on her A-Game. We had to request beverage refills twice and she tried to bring us the check before our food had even finished in the kitchen. I had to physically track down another server it obtain the utensils to eat our food and then they billed us incorrectly. The manager even walked by our table twice, while our drinks were empty, and never stopped. I would understand more if they were swamped, but the basics are vital. It will be a while before I return.

Took forever for my drink when I could see it just sitting there, are server said it was free refills but charged us for another one. I could see workers just standing around doing nothing, and half the time the bartender wasn’t at the bar.
We came in Saturday night after a long road trip, our son got chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, I got the four cheese and hot honey chicken, we were both throwing up within an hour of leaving.

Food took forever to get, wings were not very sausy Salmon was dry mac&cheese very bland. Bathroom was opened then closed when the whole time it was just one stall down so I sat in pain the whole time not able to eat much or enjoy my time with my family. Asked for a manager and never once did we get one. Very poor experience.
