Chris was an outstanding server and made sure my belly was full of "TV Static" The manager lady was excellent as well. Didn't get her name, but front of house server seating guests was very helpful as well. Applause all around for the staff

We travel through Hutch about once a month, and we always stop for takeout on our way home. The best bang for our buck is Applebee’s and the food is always good, but every single time we order takeout, we receive little to NO service. In the past, we have ordered with the curbside option. No one ever brings our food out and we always have to go in and get it anyway. So, we started ordering take-out instead of curbside. When we go inside to get the food, we can see that our food is ready behind the counter. Multiple staff will walk by the counter and not acknowledge that there is a customer at the counter. They stand in the back talking about personal things when we are standing there waiting for our food. The last 3 times we have gone, we have grabbed our own food from behind the counter and left without a single employee helping us. Today, a manager was standing there and didn’t acknowledge us so we grabbed our own food and left.
