1st off they should be sued for advertising products they do not carry. Whe cares if Wichita has it. This is hutch, 2ndly the 11th street Arby’s is trash, I call that the poor Arby’s cuz it dirty and the people aren’t motivated. 3rd, my sandwich was made twice and was still wrong. They kept over putting product. U can buy the same sandwich from both Arby’s in town and they will taste different. If I’m the owner I’d be pissed my employees suck

Everytime we come, we have the same kid, he’s rude and doesn’t know how to approach customers. We went last night and asked for turnovers, was charged, and never got them. We wait to eat till we get home (15min away) and noticed when we got home. I called a total of 6 times once we got home and noticed and no one ever picked up. I tried to call again today, and no answer. Will be using the other Arby’s and hopefully they are better.

It's pretty much a standard Arby's. They move through the cars pretty quickly in the drive-thru. Ask for napkins. The first time they didn't give me any I thought it was a mistake, but I didn't get any of the second time there either.
