Pulled up to drive through nobody in drive through ordered their 4 for 10 waited for nearly 15 minutes at the window, just for them to tell us they were out of Roast Beef. And it would be another 20 minutes got a refund and left. I counted a total of 7 employees walking around, not knowing what to do during that 15 minutes. Worst service ever. We turned around and went to Jimmy John's there was 4 cars after us, 3 of which pulled off, I think they only served the last one.

The jamocha shake does not have coffee in it. It's traditionally does but Arby's is lying. The ja standing for Java implies that there's coffee but Arby's is a liar. There is no coffee they are lying. Also, they must be saving money by not giving napkins.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy the kitchen looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks and the lobbies floor was so dirty and sticky your shoes stuck to it and the food was awful.... never going back

UPDATE: Arby's got a hold of me and made the situation right. I have gone to this Arby's before and have never had a problem until tonight. I went in about 40 minutes before close ordered some sandwiches to take home. I ordered two of the French dip mozzarella sticks and some french fries. Got home and they were cold they were not cut and while I was in the Drive-Thru someone in the back who I could not see from where I was kept asking the guy how much longer. Mind you I had place my order and I was done before 10:30 and they don't close till 11:00 so what the big rush was who knows who cares it was rude and the food and service suffered because of it. UPDATE: I did hear back from Arby's and they apologized and gave me a gift card for a replacement meal.

Every single time they succeed in asking what sauce I want with my meal and even double check when i get to the window, but maybe 1/3 of the time they actually put the sauce in the bag.

we ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, 1 LG mozzarella sticks and 2 cherry popover. Started eating the sandwiches and they tasted burned. All the buns on all 4 sandwiches were burned. Did not have time to take them back because we had a meeting to go to. Tried to call last night to speak to a manager but it went to voice mail. It will be a long time before I go back there. When you spend 21.00 for a meal for 2 people you don't expect burned food. Also theturnovets were shoved in French fry boxes. Totally not happy
Was out of an item and substituted another product no problem. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
