We did the drive thru. It is with Duncan Donut shop. They were very busy and short of help. The speciality drink, one of us ordered, was i high demand. We did have to wait a while, but the drink was absolutely wonderful!

Ice cream is delicious, employees need more training. Asked for a hot fudge sundae, girl put the hot fudge in the bottom of the cup. Wife asked for a single dip in a waffle cone, girl put it in a cup and handed to her, no cone.

Always great flavors to choose from with a variety of ways to enjoy your favorite ice cream. There is also a freezer to grab a pint of your favorite flavor to go. The staff on this day was very friendly and attentive. The counters, chairs, and tables were clean. BR is a great addition to Hutchinson. I hope it's here to stay.

One vehicle at window, no waiting inside. Stood there for 5 minutes only saw 1 employee to start with then two more employees showed up and not a single one came over to take our order or the customer who came in after us. They all were serving the drive through only. Everyone waiting inside store walked out and not one employee said anything to us.
