Sent my daughter in to pick up a togo order for me after my chemo treatment. She was wearing a mask for my protection. The waitress visible laughed at her. She received absolutely no help nor was she offered any. The customer service definitely needs to improve as well as the manners.

Everything was great. Funny how if you come into the restaurant the food will cost you around $10 than if you order online. They maybe have half of their actual menu in store. They don’t add fries or veggies if you order in store. That’s only available online. If you want the celery or carrots in store it will cost you over $3.

Ordered to go and it was what it should have been. The fries were cold and the burger seemed like it had a bucket of mustard dumped on it. It was also really messy. I’ve had takeout before and it wasn’t this bad. It’s definitely a different experience when you eat in.

We waited forever to have someone come get our drinks and order. Then half the food came out and our servers forgot the other half. She checked on us 1 time we had to flag her down to ask about the rest of the food. We had to ask for straws silverware and napkins. And one of our burgers had a hair in it. Overall a horrible experience

Was told it’d be a 5-15 minute wait and I was willing to wait. A couple came in about 10 minutes after I did and they were told the same thing. They got seated before I did, so I just left.
Food was hot and delicious. Service was great. Was our first time there. We will be going back. We hamburgers and wings.

We were seated at a table that had been cleared but not wiped clean. They never came to wipe the leftover food and liquids off the table. We waited 45 minutes for our food to be brought to us. It was lukewarm and fries were overdone and cool. We were finished eating before one of our party got their food. We were not checked on by our waiter until we were waiting on the check. He was standing around talking to others about what was on their cell phones. Very disappointing visit.

Went to the bar to get a drink while waiting. Bartender said she was too busy to get a couple of drinks.
I left. My wife and kids stayed and it took them 3 hrs to eat. Received 1 drink order to never get there drinks.
A group of 20 left with 10 open tables because it was a 45 min wait. They went to the Olive Garden.
We will never be back, and I do not recommend anyone else to return.
