Our food was average or below and expensive IMO for what we received. The coleslaw was really dry with a weird flavor. I can't remember what my wife ordered but she was not impressed.

I ordered takeout and noticed the staff wrote “Thanks for the tip” on my bag. I didn’t think tipping was expected for pickup orders, and the note came off a little passive-aggressive. I always tip for dine-in or delivery, but this experience made me uncomfortable. A friendly attitude goes a long way….even without a tip on takeout.

Service was so bad it’s making me leave my first ever review of a place. Server completely forgot our appetizer and our actual food came out an hour after ordering. Not like we got any complex order it was just our app that never came and boneless wings (frozen chicken nuggets). But that’s just the average BWW experience I guess.

This place sucks compared to other Bdubs in the state.. the lack of sause they put on their wings is laughable.. Currently at their Garden City location and they basically drowned my wings in sause. The Hutch bdubs should up their game.. Do Better!!!

Food was great, but our server was more concerned about the table that he apparently had friends at rather than making sure all his customers were taken care of. Atmosphere would have been okay other than all the flies that we had to try to keep off our food.

I've always had very odd waiters here. Not necessarily bad service. The food is average. It took an extremely long time for one of our dinners. And it was just salad. I think it's a somewhat unique place otherwise.
