Do not go to this store. The food is always cold always takes too long, orders are never correct. The manager is awful. Always has a bad attitude and will be extremely rude, she might even ban you from the store if she doesn't like you or something you've said. If you want good food, hot food and good service do not go to this store.

It's a Burger King. If you've ever been to McDonald's it's kind of like that. Burger King offers some different foods. If you're looking for a place that's like McDonald's but is not a McDonald's. Then I recommend Burger King. If you've never been to McDonald's or Burger King then this rating probably won't help you very much. Because the only thing you can really compare Burger King too is other Burger Kings and possibly McDonald's because they are fast food.

This place is ridiculous you can never get food try ordering through door dash it's open on the app guy gets there and they don't do door dash orders from 3 to 6 like why? And if you go there you'll be sitting in line for 2 hours. You can never win with this place.

The store on 4th street in Hutchinson Kansas. Went through the drive-thru shortly before midnight and ordered the #4 (Bacon KING)... When I got home and checked that my burger didn't have mayo like I asked which it didn't... But the issue lies with the burger being the "BACON KING" and literally only having half of a slice of bacon on the whole burger.... WOW!!! THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

It was in slight issue w order then serve a single w we ordered a double burger they politely apologized I told em no worries were humans and we all made mistakes sometimes 😔😐😔🙏

Food was cold when I finally got it after I had to drive back into town to get my food then staff complained cause I didn't stop telling me next time to stop at the speaker ..... your the one that forgot my food come on do better

I have to go to the stars because it took a very long time messed up my order didn't answer the phone upsetting they lost another star

Kid-friendliness: The gentleman taking the order was friendly both over the intercom and face-to-face but the second window they just handed us food and didn't say nothing

After going through the drive through and being told to speak up while I was ordering, our order was $33 (which is not the problem at all because we did add extra things to our sandwiches), the problem however was that when we got our food the first red flag was i was handed my drink with a hair halfway in my drink and halfway out underneath the lid. secondly my boyfriend wanted the bacon double whopper HAMBURGER and he got two veggie patties in a bun and there wasn’t even any bacon on it lol, they literally just threw a cheeseburger in the back with the things he wanted on his sandwich so i’m not really sure where the confusion happened for the staff today because we literally have our receipt and they messed up the whole order ? third, i had got the fiery chicken sandwich and asked for bacon and of course there’s no bacon on it which i should’ve expected after the first red flag.

Just went thru your drive thru at 2:20pm, you had NO customers in the lobby or in the drive thru, your drive thru lady tells me to wait a second and never comes back on, after asking a couple times for service she's like "oh yeah, can I help you". Nah, this is probably why you don't have any customers, you have to at least do the bare minimum of customer service to take care of customers. As I drove off to a real restuarant, I noticed that there were a few people walking around behind the counter, just none to take care of customers, smh....

Food so old and stale we couldn't eat it. When trying to get a refund was basically flat told no. Corporate was no help all they want to do is give coupons, but I'd rather not go back and she still wouldn't give me a refund.
