The fajita cheese crisp is always so delicious, the queso is the bomb and also, I love the shrimp or the chicken picado. I usually order online and go pick up there at the bar and it's always ready super fast, about 10 to 15 minutes. One manger got a bit short with me once, but I can't complain because the food was amazing. Love Carlos!!

The server was nice, but slow and absent-minded. It was a federal holiday, so I am a bit forgiving. I guess I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while. It seemed more dingy than I remembered. I am writing this, because I had to laugh at my coffee. It was served in a beautiful glass mug (no silverware provided by the server). It tasted horrible. I figured maybe I had bad taste, so I went ahead and drank. When it was close to the bottom, I asked for a top up. The server hesitated, then told me that it was made in a Keurig and that when I was ready, she'd brew a new cup. It was clear from the look on her face that she knew it was less than ideal. I couldn't believe that a fairly well known, seemingly successful chain didn't have a pot of coffee ready. It was in the running for worst cup of coffee that I've ever had. I go out to eat for a better experience than what I can get at home, not worse.

Just ate there and we had the worst service ever. Food was good but the waitress was the worst. She checked on us twice. We had to go up to the bar to get more chips. Then she came to give us the check. No checking on us in between.
Food and service were really good with the food being especially decent for a dying chain restaurant. The building itself could use some TLC, but I’ll be back for sure.

The poblano enchiladas are my go to. This last round I ordered delivery and my driver was prompt. The restaurant had her wait about 15 min. The chips and dip were warm and fresh but my enchiladas clearly sat out for some reason, they were pretty cold. I'd give it another try sometime! Things happen.

The food wasn't at all what it used to be. The hostess barely spoke and seated us at a table with crumbs all over it. The food was just gross. My mother and I both ordered the Enchiladas de Pablano with rice and refried beans. Got two tiny dried up enchiladas with what tasted like unseasoned, canned chicken inside and barely a puddle of the creamy pablano sauce underneath, a small spoonful of refried beans, and a little bit if rice. The enchiladas were practically inedible but we were so hungry we did the best we could. There was more than half the food left on each of our plates and we left still hungry, just not hungry enough to eat any more of the food there. The service from our waitress was outstanding and is the only reason there are any stars at all.
