It's changed as much as I love chik-fil a they are not as great not once did any one come check on us like they used to also I said thank you 3 times to staff after ordering lunch and ice cream and I did not hear my pleasure once I thought that was mandatory or something it's definitely changed. Food good though.

ALWAYS a great experience at Chick-fil-A, no matter what state I'm visiting!! 😇
Food was delivered quickly and was good. Staff was friendly. Only issue is somebody took my daughter's shoes out of the cubby in the kid play area, and she had to go home barefoot.
