I got the Cosmo Cheeseburger and my husband got the Cowboy Burger. Both were absolutely delicious! We went while visiting the cosmosphere, but because we are from Hutch, we will definitely be coming back!
As we were looking for a place to eat in Hutchinson after going to the museum, I thought I would just look at the cafe within the museum. We like to support local business and so we were so happy to see that this cafe is actually owned by a local couple from Hutchinson. We loved that- supporting a locally owned business!
Bring your ticket in as on the back there is a 10% to be applied to your food bill. We didn't notice it until afterwards but that is okay...

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss Panini with fries and drink and there was an issue with the sandwich. The lady working that day told care of the situation. I received another EXCELLENT Chicken Bacon Swiss and fries. There was another gentleman working in the back and he approached me while I was enjoying my lunch. And we chatted brief about the issue, said would buy my lunch next tme. I'll definitely be back for sure not because of his statement but because I want to try...
