I’m only rating this because I think a member of staff needs a shout out young kid called Jeremy has served me my last to visits to Hutchinson and I’m from England he remembers my name and is just a really nice kid think he’s 19 Ice cream is nice too

The best softserve chocolate ice cream cones in town.

Excellent meal for the value. Had the 2 for $5. Got the cheeseburger and pretzel sticks with queso dipping sauce. I was impressed. Very pleasant location. The restaurant seemed steady including the drive thru. Went near 4 o'clock pm. Dine in is on the small side for large parties. Restrooms were clean and orderly. Was even offered a cup of ice water! Someday I may visit again.

The food is always good, but lately the service has declined drastically. I know that the Shabans’ own some of the restaurants and they are really nice people. However, the servers have been lacking in respect and courtesy at the Dairy Queen on Main lately. I’m only in my early 20’s, but I think it’s safe to expect more from a family owned restaurant, even if it’s a summer job or something.

Seems like every time we go, something is incorrect. Staff seem in a hurry & don't always listen properly. Always ask for a misty freeze & they give us a slush. Not the same things.

Very dirty... workers were licking their fingers then using the spoons ( not the handle but the measure part) to put ingredients in cups for blizzards. I'm sorry but that's very gross and unsanitary. Will never go here again, and I will let others know about this also.

Great food. When I ordered a Heath blizzard, there was hardly in Heath pieces in it. The ice cream didn't taste like Heath either.

Everything was served MELTED!!!! Drive thru girl handed us banana splits that were drippy and we had to wipe the containers off and they still dripped all over my dress in the car, got home and realized why. Everything was already fully melted when they handed it out the drive thru window. Not sure why such bad service today. Tried to call before leaving bad review and no answer.
