Excellent food! huge portions if you are hungry after eating a meal here that's your own fault. I got a small stake borrito that fed 2 of us. Side note very proud of the owner and what he has accomplished all by himself!

I am a food writer/photographer and with more than 2 million miles over the road I have never been able to pass up a food truck especially Mexican… and I’ve had some great food but this is gourmet…..like and symphonic experience - you hear all the separate instruments but it is one sound…”Clean”. You taste the individual ingredients but it’s translated like a whole experience of the perfect blend of taste and texture…makes you want to eat it slowly and the GREEN CHILI is bomb. I love the steak burrito, the steak is cooked so good that it's not chewy or tough, the vegetables and so fresh and Crisp it makes the meal taste so good. But that green chili sauce is what really adds the best flavor of all! Very affordable for a huge burrito!
