I used to love going to Dunkin' Donuts. Things started to go downhill, and I'm afraid they are close to reaching rock bottom. The donuts were so-so. The hash browns (the six you get) looked like they were cooked in old oil. They were not crispy and golden brown, but rather a sad, chewy, oily brown color. To add insult to injury, I was charged $0.50 for a cup of water. I can understand if you are not buying anything, but for a customer who is getting Coffee, Donuts, a sandwich, and Hash Browns, a cup of tap water should be free. I rated the service one star because no service worker should serve a customer substandard Hash Browns to save the establishment a few cents. This is a textbook example of a business killing the Golden Goose.

As a company that travels extensively across the nation, we frequently rely on Dunkin' Donuts for our catering needs, often spending thousands of dollars each week to kick off our workday. Unfortunately, our recent experiences at the Hutchinson, Kansas location have prompted us to reconsider our loyalty. During our last visit, we ordered just four drinks, and the wait time exceeded an hour. To make matters worse, two of the drinks were forgotten entirely, forcing the person picking up the order to go back inside to retrieve them. While we initially attributed this mishap to a busy location, it set a concerning precedent for the quality of service we could expect. Things only went downhill from there. Later that evening, we returned around 9:30 PM with the intention of ordering donuts, coffee, and drinks to supply our night shift. However, we were abruptly informed that they had already started cleaning the coffee pots and were unable to make us any coffee. This is utterly unacceptable, especially for a business that prides itself on being a go-to coffee and donut destination. The cumulative experience of poor service and inadequate product availability has led us to the unfortunate conclusion that Dunkin' Donuts in Hutchinson, Kansas, does not value our business. We will no longer be using Dunkin' Donuts for our catering needs moving forward. It is disheartening to see a brand we've relied on fail so miserably to meet basic customer expectations. If you're considering Dunkin' for your catering needs, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—especially if you're in Hutchinson. Save your time and money for a place that actually delivers on its promises.

Had I rated the ice cream yesterday it would have got a 1 star. The taste was great. However when you pay 4.99 for a scoop it should be a scoop. There was barely any on it, and it was tiny. The service was excellent today. Yesterday, the guy asked for our 4 times, and we sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes without him saying a word for about 4-5 minutes of it. Finally he just said, pull around. Today the lady was training someone and she was amazing and a scoop was a scoop, and much more worth the money spent.

Always check your order. 75% of the time, they forget the bacon crumbles on the avocado bacon toast.
Coffee is hit or miss. Often tastes sour.

What a disgustingly dirty store. I’m visiting the area and wanted to take my grandson for a donut before school. Since the store is fairly new I expected it to be great customer service since they should be building a custom base. I shop Dunkin’ regularly at home. This stores employees either weren’t trained well or they just don’t care. There were used papers wraps thrown on top of the donut case and I had to swat them so I could look at their selection. A female employee saw me swatting and she came over and huffily grabbed the papers and when she did there were crumbs all over the top of the cases and I’m not talking a few, you could decorate a dozen donuts with all the crumbs and I’m no exaggerating. Then she proceeded to ignore us. I bought my grandson his donut, only because we were out of time ( thanks for being ignored for 5 minutes) and I didn’t want to disappoint him. Finally the woman who was huffy sent a younger woman to help and she was very pleasant and helped with a smile so I added some “donut holes “ and when I finally got to eat one it tasted “day old” yuk! Obviously I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ and will but my donuts elsewhere! Honestly I wish I had taken pictures

I love love love Dunkin! I'd go there every day if my body allowed it. My issue is that they're either closed way early, or they don't have any idea about things. Sometimes I don't get what I ordered and get something completely different. There are also some people working there with good customer service so I can't forget about them!

First couple of times it was good, but expensive. Then I went there again today and it wasn't good, my coffee and my husband's coffee didn't even the large cup it was only half way full & I didn't notice it at first because of all the foam. By the time I got home almost all the foam was gone & only half of our cups had coffee. Disappointed & probably will find another place to get donuts & coffee.
