Always a good meal at Firehouse Subs. Sandwich is always warm and well made. The taste is what makes me keep coming back.

Ordered a small sub, it was 11.63 so I figured it was decent size... I was wrong. Literally a 4 bit sandwich and didn't get the rice crispy treat for my daughter....

I called in to place an order for the business I work for (to celebrate a coworkers birthday.) The general manager Casey Jones was the one who took my order. From the get go I told him I had 7 sandwiches to order (with an hour and a half notice before they were going to be picked up) by the 3rd sandwich his tone completely changed and after every thing I said he followed with "anything else". Once I had completed my order I asked him to repeat it back to ensure everything was correct. As he was repeating things back he said something incorrectly and when I tried to correct him he very rudely stated "that's what I said" even though he clearly said it wrong and had rang it up wrong even after I tried to correct him, as I realized after picking it up. Despite the rude behavior over the phone I said nothing as I picked up the order because everyone has bad days and I figured it was just a poor moment. Upon returning to work with the food I realized we did not receive the Au Jus sauce with our 3 french dip sandwiches (one of which was the sandwich incorrectly rang up that he couldn't be bothered to be corrected on). I had also asked for extra pickles with EACH sandwich, which he had only rang up for those first 3 that he was relatively pleasant to talk to (prior to the rude "anything else" attitude. I called back and was told I could come pick those up. At this point I had had enough and decided I was going to say something. While I was there I asked to speak with the manager at this time not knowing who I spoke with on the phone. Coincidentally it was the same person I spoke with on the phone that was the manager to talk to me. I tried to explain what was wrong with the order and asked if I could get the extra pickles we were supposed to have received while picking up the Au Jus sauce. I asked for the employees name so that I could identify them in my review and not dorectly effect the rest of the employees. He got abruptly rude with me, tossed the container of pickles onto the counter in front of me with an attitude and told me no to giving me the employees name. Once I was able to look at the receipt as I got back to work is when I realized they were in fact the same person. I do not understand how someone with such terrible customer service couls possibly be the one to run an entire store. I've worked the food industry and am familiar with poor customers so i strive to be as pleasant and forgiving as possible when talking with other people in the industry. This was beyond horrible service.
Besides his disgusting attitude and attire the food was good, and the other employees were nice albeit busy and looked stressed. I can understand being stressed having to work for someone with his attitude and behavior.

Food is one of the best. I go to these stores when I'm in town. This one seems to have hired a "manager" from subway. He says a twenty minute wait when I walk in the door in an exasperated tone. His is all wrong with his fellow employees and you can see they are done with him. Ok, you're stressed, it's called the lunch rush for a reason. I was a manager for fast food, I get it.
Other firehouse subs get five stars from me. I will reassess this one when I'm back in town. This one needs to stop getting employees from subway. I expect crummy food and service from there.

All in all, it's not a bad sandwich shop, being a franchise and such. Staff was friendly, and the food was prepared in a timely fashion.
We found in both of our sandwiches a void, where maybe meat should have been? Instead, it was just bread. Also had some meatlike inedible junk of something on one of the sandwiches. Being handmade, I feel they could do a touch better.
The facility was clean, except for the space age drink dispenser. It was borderline nasty with colored overspray from many other drinks.
I'm not in a rush to go back, good, but not special.

Bread was stale on more than one sandwhich. The meatball sub was cut to peices and couldn't eat it like an actual sandwich and it was cold. They forgot food and the resturant was dirty. No ice, trashcan are full, and staff was not professional looking. Disappointed, used to love fire house subs but I'm not happy with their service anymore and probably won't be back.

Went to Firehouse subs and it was closed at 6pm on a Saturday Night. Checked the hours on the door and the closing time for Friday and Saturday was removed. Guess they can close whenever they want to those days..? For a business that is supportive of First Responders they sure could use some help. Where is the franchise owner. Very disappointed

Subs are great but they get our order wrong every single time which is crazy considering it’s online and you’re literally reading off a receipt. Today we called to have them remake it and they made it wrong AGAIN!
