The last two times I have been in here to eat. The staff has been goofing around. All but the older sandwich maker.I really use to enjoy eating here. Today was completely unprofessional. I walked up and the gentleman at the counter had his back to me and was clowning around. I stood there for a bit when one of the employees facing me told him I was there. He started my order when he shouted past me hey your not supposed to be in here. Then laughs and say that's my brother he is not supposed to be in here. He continues to take my order but then gets a phone call in which he silences. He asks my name for the order and I tell him he says I dont care what it is I'll put in Frankenstein. Very unprofessional.. As I am waiting for my order I see his brother at the counter who he hands food without paying and his brother heads out the back door. The next set of customers he waits on while on his phone. When my sandwich is made in a timely manner I ask the lady if the person acting a total fool was their new manager because I saw him speaking to a gentleman who had been filling out an application. She said yes he was. This is truly sad to me.I will not be back till this place gets new management. He definitely doesn't take his job seriously.

Payed nearly 20 bucks only for them to bring me a sandwich with cheap white bread on it, not their usual good white bread. This was Elementary School quality bread, tasted like two dry sponges with meat in between. If they don't bring back the good bread, I'm not going back.

Everyone so kind and caring. Weather looked stormy and we checked radar together. Best food, best people.

I have been here multiple times. Have tried giving this place a chance i pay for stuff to be put on my sandwhich and they never do it. People spend good money here on VERY expensive food. And i cant even get what i ordered on multiple occassions. I even tried to call several times to tell them and no one can pick up a phone this fire house subs is absolute trash do not go here

I had lunch at Firehouse Subs today and it was fantastic! The food was made fresh as we ordered, and in my opinion, the quality is better than other sub sandwich places. Plus, they have more choices for sides than just a bag of chips, which is a nice touch.

It's also worth mentioning that a portion of every purchase at all US Firehouse Subs locations goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. This foundation provides lifesaving equipment to first responders, which is an amazing cause to support while enjoying a great meal.

Firehouse Subs definitely has the best subs in my book!

First time I have been to Firehouse Subs. Excellent quality and very tasty sandwiches.

Delicious but pricey-not for a daily but certainly once in awhile

Ordered a small sub, it was 11.63 so I figured it was decent size... I was wrong. Literally a 4 bit sandwich and didn't get the rice crispy treat for my daughter....
