If your going to indulge at a fat food burger establishment, go to Freddy's. The food quality is consistently good and the place has always been clean each time I visit.

Only time I've been, and I got my burger as a lettuce wrap. 11/10 NAILED it. Sometimes they're sloppy, but whomever made it (Sunday 9/7 around 7 or so) absolutely killed it, and I was so happy with my burger. Well done!

Take Freddy's late start in getting his fast food empire off the ground as a sign it's not too late for you. I believe it was the 2nd or 3rd Freddy's was opened in 2003! Although the black & white picture attempted to trick me.

Very rarely do I have any issues here. I don't go often because it IS quite greasy food, but it's delicious! The service is almost always good, even the teens are generally kind and helpful. If there is an issue with the order they always make it right. And when I've been inside, it's been clean! Love the custard. I'd definitely go more if it didn't mess with my belly so much!
Side note- they have lettuce wraps, which I love!
