My ribs were great wife had a potato with bacon the bacon was cold and looked raw she asked if he could cook the bacon and he said no that this is the way we do it, so she scraped the bacon and sour cream off and I went up to get a little sour cream and he said we will have to pay for it, didn’t try to make anything right, we won’t be back I will continue to go to ROYS or Hickory Sticks, your service is horrible, we keep trying but this is the last time we like your b-b-q but the service is not good, I walk into one of the other 2 establishments and am greeted with a smile but here I am interpreting them. I never get on and leave a bad review, because you never know what someone has going on in there life that I don’t know about so I forgive and move on, but it is always the same here the service is horrible
We went and ordered 2 meal deals with beef, and a side of hot links at first. The sweet tea was sour and disgusting, our sandwiches didn't have much meat on them and no bbq sauce. The lady at the window ignored us when we asked about pup cups the first time and was told that you have to pay for them now and so we ordered 2 and the lady who took our order handed us 2 containers and one of them was our hot links and not sure what the other one was cause one of the dogs stole it but still only got one pup cup and got charged for 2. Not to pleased with the food or service

I ordered a slab of ribs and a pound of brisket and sides. Got home after driving 30min and didn’t get the slab of ribs. Wouldn’t give me a refund and said I have to drive up there tomorrow to get a slab of ribs. Bad service all around.

Ordered carry out, went through the window and they didn’t give us drinks. Pulled back around and walked back inside to get the drinks and had to go make my own. Then we get home and half the food was missing in our order. Drove back across town and walked in again to let them know what was missing, the gentleman there in the red shirt acted annoyed that we came back to get the food that we had paid for, Waited 10 more minutes to get the food that should’ve been ready the first time we came to pick up. They weren’t even busy. No apology, no customer service whatsoever, Probably won’t be going back.

Sooo done with this place! I ordered a 1 meat meal and the side was only half filled (not the first time this has happened) and I was given a hamburger bun instead of toast. Also, I overheard the employees critiquing other customers over age/looks/ etc. Date was 6/8/2025 after 1 p.m.
