This is a locally owned and operated establishment. You will see the owners there working right along with their employees. I like to see that. Service is great everytime, they are friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. And don't forget to join the rewards program.
Always love going HTeaO! A great selection of teas with my personal favorite - Sweet Watermelon! The staff is always friendly and smiling and my order is usually ready as soon as I get to the window.
Assuming you get the correct staff, the options are amazing. Though they are extremely heavy on the ice, the mixtures are remarkable when staff can follow directions. However, if intending to create your own, you must spin the cup to properly mix your drink.
The biggest problem is other people who don't know what they're doing. Followed by some staff getting orders wrong.
